   Rachel was lovely, food was amazing as always. Buccatoni (not sure on the spelling) was my favorite. We shared everything family style and I would give everything a solid 10/10.

   If you are looking for an elevated Italian restaurant, Intero got you covered. From appetizers, pasta, main, pizza to deserts, the dishes were above our expectations along with the excellent service. Loved the ambience and the music played as well. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant for sure!! Way better than Juniper

   Great service— attentive and welcoming even with a large party. Food was fresh and so good. Loved the homemade pasta. Multiple in my group who had the zucchini app said the chef should bottle the sauce. The chocolate was a perfect ending. So good! Will be back!

   Best value for this level of food in Austin. Every dish is thought through to a degree that you just don’t get at any other places with entrees under $40. This was our second visit and it was even better this time. Kale pizza and beet sorbet were complete standouts! Got the Moda and were blown away. The one thing that would elevate the dining experience would be a table touch by the manager or sommelier. We had a few questions about the wines and our waitress mentioned there was a sommelier, but we never saw them. Would have made the already good service excellent.

    We had reservations for a special celebration, but when I arrived half my party of four had been seated at an oversized table that had continual water dripping on it from the misting fans on us and our plates. Our request to be moved took three requests and then escalation to a manager, who still tried to tell us there was nothing wrong. I have pictures and a video of substantial, continuous water dripping on us and our plates. No apology. Despite the characterization of a “garden” or “patio”, the outside area in front was merely a cavelike wall right on the street. Ambiance was terrible, loud and HOT! I brought a special bottle of wine for the celebration but was told they could not open it for us and had to choose wine from their list. This was no where mentioned on the website. Food was good, staff was poorly trained and apparently unresponsive to basic customer concerns. Overall it was a very disappointing meal that should have been a fun celebration of a special event.
    

    InteroResponded 1 day agoAlcoholic Beverage Code Section 28.10 states: It is illegal to take any alcoholic beverage into a restaurant/bar that has a Mixed Beverage Permit. WE HAVE A MIXED BEVERAGE PERMIT- We legally Can NOT allow outside drinks. We understand the seat selection you booked online wasn't what you wanted. "Upon-arrival" changes are usually unavailable & people do enjoy the space. We apologize on the misting fan malfunction, as a busy weekend it did take us a moment to best assist, but we did move you.

    Our server, Sarah, was a delight. She was very attentive. Food was great. I missed not having bread to sop up my sauce! Dessert was equally good. We will be back to try the pizza!!

    Intero was possibly the best restaurant that I have been to in a long time. The service was impeccable, the food was so delicious and the whole experience was amazing. We do not live in Austin but we have decided that every time we are in Austin we will be visiting Intero.

    Overall great experience. Appetizers were incredible. We got the focaccia, Timballo, and burrata. The entrees were less impressive. (We got the risotto with grilled quail and the bucatini). Cocktails were great too. Overall a great experience and dinner date but not sure if I’d go back again.

    It was excellent. Food and service - my only suggestion would be to slow down how fast the food comes out but it seems to be the norm in Austin. We just aren’t use to that. Otherwise fantastic!!

    While I enjoy trying new dishes, I also enjoy returning to favorite items on the menu. Sadly, Intero seems to have completely revamped their menu and our favorites were no longer available. We had a good meal but had been looking forward to having at least one of our favorite dishes.
