insideOUT is Hillcrest's elevated restaurant and lounge, and San Diego's only urban oasis! We are an 18+ venue.

Reservations for our upcoming "Sweetheart Experience" are now open! The Experience will be February 5th - 16th!

Our menu is curated by Executive Chef Johnny Duran and is updated seasonally to reflect his creative approach to California-Mediterranean inspired fare, using the freshest ingredients provided by our local purveyors.

Aside from our impeccable hospitality, insideOUT is known for their over-the-top seasonal experiences. We also provide customized private event planning with venue buyout options. More information can be found on our website.

    Not enough waiters for a busy Saturday. Waiters didn’t check if we needed anything, we had to waive them down if we needed something.

    Its a beautiful place, something out of a fairy tale. Just gorgeous place to spend quality time with love ones. Great food, great drinks and great service (Chris). Loved that everyone were having a great time and taking pictures. Just an awesome place, can't wait to go back.

    This is our third time visiting insideOUT and we love this spot. Decor is Spring beautiful, drinks and the food are delicious. Service is excellent. They are quick to fill your water, take your order and bring your food out. Definitely one of our top restaurants in San Diego.

    What a delightful venue to celebrate my 70th! Loved the menu, our waiter, the music, and the decor was out of a fairytale! We will be back again to experience it all!
