   We had the pleasure of having dinner at Inefable last week for the first time. Walking in to the restaurant, it feels like you're entering a high end, beautiful space that easily could be found in Denver, NY or San Francisco. We sat at the bar for dinner with it's elegant lighting and a beautifully finished wood surface. We had ceviche for an app which was accompanied by a delicious sauce and then had scallops and hangar steak for dinner, both just delicious with amazing sauces and accompaniments. We were too full for dessert but they looked really good as well. What made it even more special was that we were visited by the chef/owner during our meal who checked in periodically to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back to this restaurant with friends and are looking forward to it already! Go here! You will love it.

   Really awesome experience and the food is amazing! My server was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. The chef also stopped by to make sure I was happy. Towards the end of the evening the karaoke happening downstairs made for a bit of a lackluster ambiance since not everyone should be given a microphone. If the building owner could figure out a way to have more noise separation between downstairs and upstairs that would be a big improvement. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back!

   Best meal we have had in several years! From the moment we walked in, we knew this had big potential. We were greeted, sat, and provided an overview of favorite dishes. The food was superb, and I can't wait to return. The standout for me were the bar and expertly prepared cocktails. Mezcal and Tequila forward drinks were the stars. Smoked cocktails have spoiled us and we cannot wait to return. The server and other staff worked together, with the head chef coming by to make sure we were happy. It reminded us of some of the best restaurants in Denver and are so happy to find this amazing spot. We will return and soon!

   This was legitimately one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We’ll be coming back to CO springs just to visit INEFABLE again. Congratulations Chef Fernando Trancoso and team!

    Amazing food and service. Valentine’s Day was busy so probably louder than normal and also multiple items unavailable that night. Overall excellent spot
