We had not been to this location in Naples and friends wanted to try Peruvian so away we went. Although we had dinner reservations for 7:00 PM, we decided to just try the Happy Hour and were not disappointed. Great value and a wonderful guitarist/singer entertained us till 10:00 PM.
Good food and drinks at fair price. Excellent service by Willie.
Waitress forgot about our drinks had to ask her where they were after 10 minutes. Also bright my salad with my entree.
Food was good though
Great food, original dishes, great service, and fun!
Great Peruvian food !!!
The food was so good , different ,healthy and tasty, staff is very good and entertainment was great, we will definitely be back!
After being seated at an undesirable table behind a pillar, we asked to be moved to a booth. As the restaurant was fairly empty, this should have been an easy request. However, we were told that all those tables were reserved. After dinner, we realized that all the other tables were still empty. When we brought that to their attention, we were told that that it was management policy not to seat twosomes at larger tables. .Clearly, management puts profits ahead of customer satisfaction. Also requests for additional drinks, silverware and water were ignored. Finally the food was marginal. El Gaucho Inca is a much better choice for Peruvian cuisine.
We put in our order and waited. 2 couples seated after us got their appetizers and entrees long before we got our food, and our server was nowhere in sight. Finally she showed up after 40 min and asked if my dad wanted his salad first. I didn’t understand why she waited 40 min to ask us that but our food finally came and it was good. We then had to wait another half hour after we were done eating to get our check, we even had to flag down a busser to help us find her. She took our credit card, and we waited some more. After 20 minutes, we flagged down another busser to check on her. At 25 minutes we got another server to help. No one would tell us what was going on. Then we got the manager to see where our credit card was. She had the card in the back for THIRTY MINUTES. No explanation. Not even from the manager. He just waved at us. She finally came out after 30 minutes and said the machine was down, but that doesn’t explain why other people paid and left in the time we waited. We love the food there but this experience left us so upset I don’t think we’ll be back.
Unusually bad night for service at Inca's Kitchen! We have been there many times and we always enjoy the food. Usually the service is equally excellent. However, during our recent visit the service was really terrible. Had this been our first visit it would definitely have been our last. We waited over 15 minutes for an acknowledgement and then another 15 minutes for our drinks order. We were promised a replacement for a particularly watery drink (it had been sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up and delivered to us for a long time and the ice had melted). The replacement never came. Our food also took a very long time to arrive. We watched as tables around us were seated, had their drinks, ate their meals and left, before we ever even got our food! A second round of drinks was ordered, but never arrived. We had to hunt down our server to get the check. We know this isn't the norm so we will go back, but this experience really was pretty bad.
We enjoyed the food, service and entertainment. We were disappointed that a server was not assigned to our table for 20 minutes after we were seated. Once she arrived, she was very attentive, friendly and efficient. Our order and drinks arrived quickly. We ordered five dishes to share all of which were delicious. We especially enjoyed the parmasean scallops and guacamole.
Pilar, our waitress was very knowledge re my food allergies and very pleasant and helpful
Appetizer outstanding....Dinner good.....Prices are reasonable.
My first time to Inca's Kitchen was on Valentines Day. The food was absolutely delightful! It is now on my list of goto restaurants.
Live music on Saturday was delightful.
Service was excellent and food was quite good. Overall, 👍👍👍
No wait staff service for a long time before going back to hostess. Waiter spilled a full glass of wine over my shirt, pants and shoes and did not apologize. Were only going to comp us our coffee until we complained to the manager. She comped us the wine.

Very nice server. Food was good. It did take some time to get our food, but we had a group of 9.
Always a nice neighborhood meal. Fun to take guests to experience Peruvian cuisine. Service is always quite good and the prices very reasonable.
Dover, thank you so much for dining with us and the positive review, we hope you will join us again in the future and give us an opportunity to serving you again.
This was our first visit to Inca’s Kitchen and my first time eating Peruvian food. Our server was very friendly and informative and did a great job helping us navigate the menu. I was pleased to see a large selection of vegetarian dishes. Food was delicious...will definitely be back!
CarolM, thank you for the positive review and highlighting some of our staff that really helped you navigate through our new menu. We hope to see you again soon!
Excellent food! The place was extremely busy so even though I had reservations, I still had to wait a bit. The server was very polite, friendly and even though she was so busy she took the time to explain the dishes and her suggestions. I ordered the Chaufa which is a seafood and fried rice dish and have to say it was by far the best I ever had in all the Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to.
The ceviche was good but a bit undercooked for my liking.
I would definitely go back and try other dishes.
The food is great and the prices are reasonable BUT the hostess service was AWFUL and the noise level from the band was WAY TOO LOUD! I had 7:30Reservations but it took me 15 minutes just to make my way to the hostess stand because the hostess was never there. Instead she was moving tables, setting tables, passing out menus, basically doing anything but acting as the hostess. There seem to be plenty of other employees including waiters and waitresses who had ample opportunity to help out with everything else so that the hostess could actually be a hostess. The volume on the band was so loud it was impossible to hear the person across for me even though we were about as far from the band if you could be. Will not go again in season.
Excellent food and service! Will definitely be back. Get the ceviche, it’s wonderful!
I have been dining at Incas since it was out on 951. It is still great at the pavilion but the ambience is really bad. That’s what’s killing it. I feel like I’m eating in the cafeteria. Music is great food is great bar is nice everything‘s great but the ambience is bad and my friends don’t want to go there with me sadly... redecorate and make it cozier in there.
The food was good, not great. I expected a better ambiance. It was too lit, gave the feel of a more casual place vs an upscale intimate setting. Food was ok. Octopus wasn’t cooked enough, bit chewy and bland. Wine from menu was not available so alternative was given. Overall ok.
Excellent food this visit as always. I ordered trio ceviche and a shrimp small plate. All meals were very good and drinks are affordable.
What a gem! Our server was very helpful, explaining some of the unique vegetables and preparations on the menu, and the food was delicious - everyone in our party of 8 (including teenagers) cleaned their plates! The ambiance was nice, with live music at the right volume to allow for table conversation. We will be back!
