Elegant decor with great ambience - the nicest Imperial Treasure outlet to-date.

Food is fresh and of a high quality and great tasting. For Dim Sum, the baked Char Siu Bun is delicious. For vegetarians, the Tofu with Spinach is almost a must. Meat lovers would like the Peking Duck.

The variety of Desserts can be improved upon.

The food is very common and not worth paying so much. One of the waitress’s attitude will change according to the different races.

This is a restaurant that has a wonderful ambience and the most beautiful Chinese cuisine. This was our second visit and wasn't disappointed.

Too many staff but not many were waiters to take orders, many of them were only there to order alcoholic beverages however were not needed most of the time. Food was excellent.

Poor quality of food material and portion. Only golden bun is nice
The service quality was impressive.

The service at the reception was a little cold, table service was prompt. The food up to expectations if compared to the imperial treasure in Singapore.

The only downside I had from this experience was that they had charged me incorrectly.

We much enjoyed our lunch on 9 February at Imperial Treasure - the food, general service and ambience were all very good indeed. The whole
experience was however marred only by one point: the dishes were not properly staggered so that we were rushed into the service of the (not inexpensive) Peking Duck when we were still eating the dim-sum course. This was uncomfortable and unnecessary and the kitchen should have been better organised.

Were a table of 3 (1 person had cancelled) and we all had the Signature Lunch menu @ £48pp. Food was plenty and good quality but we didn't get the sort of "wow" factor in my mind. Vegetable spring rolls were pretty much like any other. Peking duck was good. Rice dish was well done but recipe not to my liking. Overall I couldn't necessarily fault the food but let's say I wasn't impressed in any way. Oh and by the way we had to pay for 4 menus as they wouldn't do just 3 because of the price of the Peking duck even if we did offer to pay the difference just for that dish. Anyway, min. of 4 people was marked on the menu so I can't blame them but a commercial gesture is always welcome. Good service overall. I don't mean it to be a negative review but to be honest you can probably find better bang for your buck.

Swanky restaurant but the service was lacking and not up to standard for a restaurant of this calibre.

Food was good but the speed was a bit disappointing. We saw tables who came behind us having a full table of food while we were still waiting. We were told that our dishes take extra longer ... but the other tables technically had the same dishes as our table did.

Dimsum was delicious, definitely ask the staff for suggestions. Highly recommend the cocktails especially the negroni/old fashioned style ones.

Food was excellent as usual - although I noticed that the Peking duck is getting smaller, ie we got more servings from previous visits

The Signature Peking Duck were excellent, though the dish was very pricey. However, one wouldn’t mind as it was a really good dish.

The disappointment comes however with the rest of the order.

The second dish from the duck were very salty.
The Salt & Pepper Squid were very oily.
The Crispy Soft She’ll Crab with Soy Crumble were over-fried and oily.
The Mapo Aubergine Tofu were almost tasteless

This was not a standard you would expect from an award winning restaurant. Hopefully, the quality of the rest of the menu can be improved.

The saving point for us was the service from a really nice server.

Absolutely fantastic. Been a few times now and the food is Michelin level. Quick and efficient service. The dim sum and desserts are fabulous. Yes the alacarte is pricey but the quality stands out and there are also very reasonably priced set menus.
The best place to celebrate Chinese New Year by a mile. You can buy lots of the desserts, New Years Cake and turnip cake, beautifully boxed. Thank you to the GM for looking after us. Back soon!

Finally the proper quality Chinese restaurant that one might experience in Shanghai can be found in London, at, of course, London price, which is a bit dear. However lunch set menu is reasonable and dim sum is top notch. Service is attentive. Food is beautifully presented and carefully prepared. I like the spacious sitting and high ceiling. Deco is very modern Chinese that bring element of history to modern simplicity. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food today. The £100 Peking duck was not worth it. The skin wasn't crispy and the fat wasn't rendered down. The second course with the duck meat was very salty. Inedibly salty.

The seating area was dusty and the service wasn't great. We waited almost 45 mins for the first dish (dim sum).

It is disappointing compared to the other outlets.
