We have a beautiful barrel room where our whiskey ages that can be rented out for private events. We are happy to host private events for parties of up to 40 (plated or buffet) or 50 for lower key events / cocktail hours. Please email or call us for more details!

We are on the very north side of the building. There is some parking right off the street, but if you drive around the north (left) side of the building from US 40, there is additional parking around the side and in the back.
Public transit
We are located right in the middle of downtown Winter Park. Multiple bus lines stop right in front of Idlewild Spirits, at the Park Plaza stop. You should see our sign, along with a sign for Rudi's Deli. Also, most bus drivers know where we are if you ask!

Fantastic drinks and eats! Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Took home some souvenirs!! This is a must visit if you’re in Winter Park!

Ski towns are notorious for having less than average service, and this place was no exception. The ambience is great, the food is average, and the service is poor. It’s not that hard to make the customer feel like you’re actually making an effort. The customer can tell when the server is trying to make the best of a situation, versus the server simply not caring.

We had a great experience at Idlewild. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Lots of gluten free options and a knowledgeable staff when it comes to gluten free. Truffle fries and crispy brussels were a big hit. Wings and BBQ were also extremely good. Spirits are well done and we bought a bottle for a friend. Our server was not great but the rest of the staff was and stepped up to help. Otherwise it would have been five stars across the board. If in Winter Park hit this spot (but make a reservation ahead of time). Especially hit it if you need to eat gluten free.

Every time we come skiing at Winter Park, we must have at least one dinner at Idlewild! Everything is exceptional!
