   This was a get together with my sisters. Our server Tanya was very friendly and personable from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. The food portions were quite generous and everything was delicious. I thought the dark miso glaze on the salmon was a little bit rich and salty for my taste and preferred the lighter miso, which was served on the side. You must try the Truffle Parmesan Garlic Fries! The serving size was huge, however, we still finished the whole thing! All in all, it was a great evening with live music, which always is a bonus!!!

   As my wife ordered, because of her allergies, a different side order, she received like kinda nothing, it was arragend like hell and tasted like nothing.

   First I was reprimanded for not checking in for my reservation. A smiling face and compassionate tone of voice would have been appreciated. My order for side of veggies did not come with my food. I had to ask the waitress about it and then it came 16 minutes later when I had finish my sandwich, cold and much too oily. My portabella mushroom sandwich was much too oily. This is my third time to Hula Hulas and each time I’ve been dissatisfied with my meal. Too bad because I love the location and the view. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth it.

   Good entertainment. Great service and food. Nice ambience. Our server was very helpful with her recommendations off the menu.

   We came here to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. When we arrived the hostess saw the note and was so friendly and recognized that it was my daughter's birthday. I was disappointed however, that our server said nothing about it. The restaurant was fairly busy, but our server would be gone for really long stretches and when it was time to pay, I went to pay at the check-in because we were waiting so long for our server. We have eaten at Hula Hulas before and Mary was our server. She was one of the best if not the best server we've ever had. The food was so delicious and between that and our great previous experience, we wanted to come back for my daughter's birthday. The food was still wonderful and we would come back again, I just felt let down on this occasion.

   Good for girls’ night out. Ordered couple orders of calamari, couple ahi poke, garlic fries, garlic shrimp, lilikoi mules. Perfect for 6 of us. Ordered steak and lobster and pork belly dinners to go. Foods were so flavorful. Loved the valet parking, music, and being accomodated in a booth. 15% kamaaina discount was an added bonus.

    I definitely recommend the lilikoi bbq ribs and the lilikoi cheesecake. The ambiance doesn’t have much personality and there are only tourist.
