House Without a Key
Lovely spot, we got to watch the live music and hula dancer. My snapper was amazing!
Made breakfast reservations so we could have a nice breakfast after our long flight. Seriously the best breakfast buffet I’ve EVER had!! It was $39 a person but after devouring almost 5 pieces of the best Miso Salmon I’ve ever had in my left and 2 waffles with coconut syrup, with such a Beautiful breath taking view to start my vacation, it was so worth it!!! Definitely WOULD recommend a thousand times
Went there for our 30th wedding anniversary. The ambiance and setting were outstanding. Such a beautiful place. Loved the Hawaiian singers and dancer. We had such a special and relaxing evening. Food was excellent!
We had a good time Guy was a great waiter and Cody was awesome he remembered whose orders were, and so was Andy he replies he’d our drinks and bread. Well done happy camper.
This restaurant was recommended to us by friends when we visited the island. We made a reservation for our 46 wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The staff were very attentive. The food was excellent. The poke was very tasty. The fish was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very Hawaiian. There was a band playing soft , relaxing music. The restaurant was located on the beach so we were able to watch the sunset while eating. The chef also provided a complimentary desert cake for our anniversary. Very romantic and pleasant dining atmosphere and experience. Highly recommend!
Wonderful service. Beautifully prepared and presented food.
Wonderful 50th birthday celebration. Thank you so much for the special cake. Your restaurant never disappoints!
Great location on Waikiki Beach. Live entertainment was wonderful. Food was good and service was good. The lobster tails and salmon entrees were a hit.
Lovely setting in a gorgeous hotel. Serene, gracious service. Excellent food. Perfect low-key live music. Everything I wanted from a Hawaiian dinner date!
We enjoyed beautiful cocktails, salads and appetizers while enjoying a gorgeous Waikiki ocean view. The musicians and hula dancer were fantastic and our server was outstanding...we will be back again next year!
Great atmosphere with live music. Dinner was delicious. Haupia cake was the best I’ve ever had. I would come back for drinks and pupus with friends.
Excellent environment. Mainly bar food but a great setting in an awesome looking hotel. I would recommend trying to watch the sunset from here.
The staff is excellent, the food is much better than average, but at this restaurant it the ambience and views are second to none.
Awesome venue, perfect Hawaiian music and hula experience on the beach- and with white tablecloths!
Best Mother's Day ever! Service, food, music , Aloha...……
We will be returning 5/21.
Thank you Halekulani.
They listened to my requests, and having been for the first time, it exceeded my expectations. Amazing views, yummy food, great drinks, and great entertainment. What more can you ask for?
Nice quiet atmospehere close to water. Cousin who usually doesn't order fish rated salmon dish exceptional
However, the stuffed Taro leaves were fair at best.Waiter was very slow n restaurant was not crowded.
Mother’s Day is always a big challenge . This was an awesome experience for this day .
By far the best dinner on the water in Waikiki with free Hawaiian entertainment!!
The service was impeccable. The environment was superb. The food selections are very good and reasonable.
A wonderful place for a nice meal and friendly ambience after walking around the tourist concentrated area surrounding Waikiki. There was some good music and the food was great (albeit smaller portions so don’t come too hungry).
This is a great place because of the entertainment and the view of the ocean and sunset, but we were assigned a table close to the entrance, with drastically reduced views. We asked to be seated closer to the stage, and at that point (6:00) there were still many open spots. The hostess did her best to do nothing. As a result, the experience was not memorable for my guests. The food was just OK, as was the service, but that was expected.
Met with friends for dinner on our last night in Waikiki. Beautiful night, perfect table outside. The food and service was impeccable. Our favorite spot!
Wouldn’t go again. Enjoyable enough meal, although frustrating to say you have a dairy and egg allergy and they keep serving you everything containing those ingredients “on the side” to accommodate said allergies. Was nervous for cross-contamination and clutched my Benadryl the entire meal. Was seated where we couldn’t really appreciate the live music but had a good enough view of the pool - awkward dinner scenary!
ダイヤモンドベッド 海 キァヴァの樹もよく見える席でした。
Food was average at best. If anything, it’s worth going for the ambiance and live music
We dined here at our first night in Hawaii. It was a wonderful way to start our vacation. Great location and ambiance.
Good drink & music !!
A lovely Sunday evening on the lanai (but covered) includes live Hawaiian music and hula dancer. Watch for dive bombing little birds though. Food was very nice but not amazing. Special cocktails quite pretty and strong! it's all about the service and ambience here.
Frankly, I expected outside wonderful performance as there was in Halekulani.
However, it was played a little small inside space and its mood was not good as much as I looked forward.
Dishes were not bad but also adequate to my family’s expectations.
The food was absolutely amazing - appetizer, entrées, and dessert! We also got a bottle of wine which was delicious. The view was also amazing. The live music was the right noise level - enjoyable but not so loud that we couldn't talk. Highly recommend this for a nice night out!
As always, a lovely, spirit-filled visit. I’ll be dreaming about the heavenly coconut cake and the glorious music / dance. Mahalo!
Very disappointing. Been wanting to visit this restaurant for a number of years and decided to celebrate our 35 wedding anniversary there. Upon checking in 45 minutes early we were told that seating in the lounge (outside patio) area had reached capacity so we were kindly escorted to an indoor bar/lounge area by the seating hostess who was lovely and courteous. Our server in the bar was terrific and drinks were well prepared. That ends the "good experience" at this renowned establishment.
We returned to the hostess station at exactly the time of our reservation. There was a crowd gathered there and patrons were seated on walls and benches awaiting their table assignments. Someone called out the names as they became available. It was like the lineup at "Cheesecake Factory" and not a world class restaurant. Fifteen minutes later our table was ready. No mention of our anniversary.
Husband had oysters and I had coconut shrimp for starters . Oysters were served on a bed of salt rather than ice. Interesting.
Husband ordered the Prime Rib and I ordered Bolognese. Both were inedible. They tasted like rock salt.
We filled up on crisps and bread. We travel frequently and have eaten at many fine dining venues. Believe me, this is not a place that cares at all about delivering anything special. The view and ambiance are amazing. Go for drinks and enjoy the sunset. Have dinner someplace else. It was awful. Try the Beachhouse at the Moana or Hy's Steak House for excellent beef.
