We have eaten at the house and blues at other locations, and really enjoyed it. This time was a huge disappointment. Probably should’ve known when the place was empty on a Friday night. Despite the fact that the restaurant was empty, the service was very slow and unresponsive. There was live entertainment but it was not very good either. We will definitely not be back.

I asked for Dr. Pepper and the server brought what she claimed was Dr.pepper. The first sip revealed that it was in fact Mr. Pibb, the slack jawed second cousin of Dr Pepper. I wasn’t expecting this level of treachery from House of Blues. Don’t they have standards? Food was good and friendly service made up for it. Almost.

Sadly table was next to Karaoke - but not a deal breaker. Arrived and seated on time at 6pm. 40 mins later drinks finally arrived. Bartender couldn’t make an Apple Drop Martini! Food ok, overall not good for a $100 dinner.

The poor waitress had too big of a station. We waited over 15 minutes for drinks and she kept wanting us to order food. The drinks were weak. I ordered a double vodka cran short and my drink was still bright red. Evidently they don’t understand what a Neat drink is either. Straws were paper too so my drinks tasted like paper after 15 minutes. Our meal was not good . I had better jambalaya at bubba gumps.

Great place to eat before a concert at the HOB. Good vibes, needs better vegetarian options, the veggie burger is a sad, probs frozen patty. Great cosmo and the fried chicken sandwich is good. It would be nice if they offered the fried chicken breast with biscuits and gravy.

Our server last night was Asher and he was the most attentive, personable server we’ve ever had. The food, the value and live music all fantastic. Great experience for everyone. Highly recommend.

Love this venue!! My 13yr’s Girl Band performed here and we were soo impressed! We will absolutely be back over and over again!

Load because of the live singer. If you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. Food was good. Service could be better. Bar was slow getting orders out.
