For years we have gone to the JW Marriott but the experience at the Omni was a 1000% better. We were not rushed. Previously at the Marriott it was always chaos and over-crowded. The Omni had an amazing kids section which kept our nephew busy and fed while we could enjoy our meal. The food selection was fantastic and the staff was so kind and excited we were there. A+ for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Changing the venue from the ballroom to the restaurant without notification was an enormous disappointment and downgrading of the overall experience.

Very disappointed in the quality of food the egg dishes were cold , ran out of prime rib and waited 30 minutes for new piece.The quality was not very good.

Easter Brunch. Good and service were good but rooftop Starlight Terrace just too hot even w misters and awnings. Best just to keep inside next year.

Easter brunch. Wonderful presentation on the rooftop at Omni Hotel. Being the hottest day of the year, it was a little warm but manageable. Only complaint was they were understaffed so we were left to fend for ourselves fetching water refills and beverages.

Beautiful brunch only negative didn’t have enough servers to bring you drinks and coffee. Also need another person at the omelette bar. We will be back next year.
