   Good food and fun experience for a special occasion, but definitely pricey. Our family of four rode the gondola up to the top of the mountain for New Year's Eve which was exciting and new for our daughters. The choice of food was sparse considering the price, but we had a great time.

   We ate here on Christmas night. We did the holiday buffet. We had the prime rib which was super tough and lacked flavor. The side dishes were all good though. The desserts were very limited (options wise) and there was nothing chocolate that tasted good. The worst part though was leaving the restaurant. Wind gusts were so strong that they had to shut down the gondola system and use snowcat vehicles to shuttle families down. They only had 2 snowcat vehicles that each held 13. Each trip down the mountain took 30 minutes so several families were stuck for hours. Now, I understand that weather emergencies will happen but what made this one worse was the complete lack of communication from the restaurant manager. It was chaos trying to get a spot on the vehicles to leave. And the employees were frustrated because the manager wouldn’t make a decision on how to distribute tickets for the rides down the mountain. We won’t be going back here and can’t recommend it to others.

   Amazing Christmas buffet. The prime rib and turkey were completely amazing. The service could’ve been faster with regard to refills and getting the check, but it ultimately didn’t bother me. Nothing beats the blueberry cheesecake for dessert!

   We selected the Holiday Dinner menu at $80/plate, and not the Holiday Buffet. This was a four-course meal. However, both the soup and main entree were served only lukewarm. Also, the rib-eye was very fatty and under cooked (ordered it med-rare). For the price, I would have expected better attention to these details by the chefs. Overall, way overpriced for the meals we received.

   Overall good food and atmosphere. The service was marginal. It seemed a little bit overpriced and said non alcohol drinks were included on the buffet but charged us anyway.

   Great option for holidays. The Christmas buffet was great for the family. The prime rib was great and the Turkey was moist and gray as well. Everyone enjoyed the meal. The night we went was extremely windly marking the gondola ride an experience of its own. Would recommend this for others.
