Food was great. We have gone to a couple of Easter Brunches as well as the Mother's day brunch. It is a really nice atmosphere that they create, but it doesn't really reach the quality that you would expect at the price point. The servers were not as quick or attentive as you would expect. We paid $965 for 5 adults and two kids. They tried to charge my 10 year old at the adult price without even asking his age (I had specified when making the reservation). If I didn't study the bill closely it would have been even more (over $1000 for a family brunch!) Glad they can fill the place at that price. I knew the price upfront so I probably wouldn't complain if they didn't try to charge us more. The food is truly awesome though and a nice experience and it MIGHT be worth it to try just once if your pockets are deep enough.

The food was great as always. The service was horrendous! Our table was forgotten, we asked for water and we were told by two different servers we were not in their section . We actually heard them arguing over this . We finally got water and coffee and the dirty dishes removed from our table by a manager . When we told him our issue . His response was that they were too busy today and things happen. Then he said we should not have heard them arguing , it should have happened in the back . For 125$pp plus tip this should not happen .

Ambience a little cold. More light live music like string quartet would have helped. Food choices wonderful and quality excellent but nonetheless the brunch at $125 apiece plus high PIF fee and sales tax and mandatory 20% tip made the cost exorbitant at $332 for two people!!! Sorry to say there is no way I got that value. It was a special occasion for Mother's Day, my wedding anniversary, and husband's birthday all in the same day BUT still it felt less than special and almost a ripoff.

We had a wonderful experience however I was disappointed we were not in the hotel. Being in an event banquet rooms with no windows didn’t match what the expectations were for dining in the main hotel. I thought the price point was too high.

We had an exceptional Mother’s Day brunch. As long-time residents of Colorado Springs, it’s a treat to have access to such an experience right in our backyard. Run, don’t walk to enjoy brunch at the Broadmoor!
