Food was exceptional, service impeccable, quiet table as requested. Impressed with the covid 19 protocols. We felt very safe as the tables were spaced far apart and servers wore face masks and gloves. Lovely evening out prior to the stricter protocols about to be put in place. Support this wonderful restaurant!

First time dining at Hickory and Ash. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect.

We enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in a long time. I had the short ribs, my husband the lamb shank and my mother had the filet. Everything from soup to salad to entree to dessert was high quality and fresh. We are always sat in the back room which we find very sterile but the food compensates for it.

Really enjoyed this restaurant for a birthday celebration! Great food!

Something that immediately stood out in the beginning of our dinner and extended through until the end, was the thoughtfulness of the service. My husband and I ordered the lobster bisque, which was absolutely delicious, and the server offered right away to split it for us into separate bowls. The server provided great insight into each meal and how the meat was cooked! The servers work as a team, with zero miscommunication! The timing of the food was perfect, and so was the food! The lobster bisque was rich yet light, the braised short ribs were cooked so well and the duck confit tastes like Thanksgiving with every bite. We will definitely be returning and trying something new!

We had a great waiter (Brice) The evening was lovely. We never felt rushed or ignored and Brice attended to our every need. The food was just okay. We’ve been there 3 times previously and were always impressed This time the steak (a filet) was just so so. Sorry to say that because obviously right now we don’t go out as much as we used to so you want it to be amazing!!

Apps and drinks are good. The steaks are not. I had the strip loin and daughter had filet. Dried out and grey.

The asparagus was lacking in flavor and was overcooked, whereas the brussels sprouts were under cooked.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I went here for a nice dinner to celebrate my birthday with my fiancé. It was everything I was looking for. We had an appetizer, entrees, champagne, and after dinner drinks that were all fabulous. We did have dessert which was just okay but we were already full on the delicious meal beforehand that a mediocre dessert didn't bother us. We will definitely be back again!

Dinner on the patio was great. I’ve tried for months to get a reservation and was pleased when a spot was open!

I much prefer this restaurant when all our favorite waitstaff and owners/managers are there. And not in a COVID situation. Still a great meal.

What a suburban gem! The serving staff were on point for questions, being there when you need them and giving you space to enjoy. The food was great and I will return for the sweet potato soup!

Really nice dinner. I started with a great Cesar Salad. For my main course I had the NY Strip which was cooked perfectly— Med Rare Pittsburgh with a side of Crispy Brussels sprouts. They were on the raw side but were in a delicious Asian type sauce. Made up for them being under cooked. I splurged on a Chocolate PB&J Bar for dessert. Fabulous! I’ll be back!

Started with Steak Tartare; Smoked Mushrooms, Parmesan, Sourdough. The smoked mushrooms added a lot here. Other waist there might have been a little tart taste. The toast was grilled over fire . Added another level of flavor, which I liked. We also had braised meatballs; Polenta, Tomato Ragu, House "Boursin". Three good size meatballs made with boar, lamb and beef (I cannot remember all the ingredients but I think that was it). Very good bite!

I nice selection of drinks and wines. Nicely served. Cocktails can have one large ice cube or small. Wines poured and tasted.

Also ordered the rib eye with grilled asparagus with tomato jam and salsa Verde. Very good. A nice crust on our medium rare steak. Great flavor. Very traditional very good. Steak was ordered medium rare but served rare to medium rare. Giving it a few moments to rest would be good.

Then the butterscotch pudding and an order of port just rounded it all out! A wonderful pudding served in a jar with brûlée marshmallows on top!

Parking is easy.

This was our first visit here. It had a nice decor but it was a little chilly. The service was prompt and friendly. Timing of courses was good. Great wine selection with some decent prices. We enjoyed a bottle of an Italian wine. We had steak tartare that was excellent with delicious grilled bread. We also had the mussels that were very good. For entrees, I had ribeye with blue cheese butter that was excellent. My husband had the filet that was also very good. Sides of French fries were so good! I highly recommend.

It was ok. Nothing was bad. That's how i would describe the whole experience. I expected more for the ratings the restaurant had.

Hickory and Ash delivered another fantastic meal. From the Mayor cocktail, to the amazing steak tartare, to the perfect dessert - it all was great! Their safety protocol made us feel comfortable, and the servers were as friendly as can be. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of dining they provide.

Add to this a simple wine list that ensures you will not choose poorly, this should be your go-to in the Broomfield area. We will continue to stop in.

Two of us shared a feast consisting of one large plate and six small plates, and still carried two boxes home! The sweet potato gnocchi with duck confit was simply delectable. The first item to completely disappear was the MC Square pork shoulder sandwich on a sesame seed bun. The smoky deliciousness came through every bite. It just doesn't get better than that!

The service is great. And the rib eye steak was good. It was too pink for us the first time but they fixed it promptly. The side orders: Mac and Cheese, grilled asparagus and the Brussel sprouts needs some work. Especially the Mac and Cheese, it tasted like double cooked left over and was not warm enough.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our waitress was the best! We love Hickory & Ash ❤️

The whole experience was great. There was plenty of distance between tables. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They are serving their Fall menu - the salmon and jerk shrimp were so yummy. The apple dessert was also fantastic. We highly recommend!!

Just excellent!!! Hadn’t been in a year and it was fantastic! Great creative entrees at multiple price points... so you could have a $16 burger or $30 steak. Eclectic salads and appetizers with lots of unique flavors. Impecable service and great hospitality acknowledging our birthday celebration. We’re ready to return! Lots of outdoor patio seating. Dinner service only.
