   Too few menu options. Separate sides are usually meant to be shared especially for the price.

   My wife and I, after a few drinks at the Colorado Keg House nearby, decided to eat at Hickory & Ash. The braised lamb shank was terrific as well as fairly large. Everything on the plate was quite flavorful. The gulf shrimp etouffee was excellent. In addition, the wine pours were were nicely sized. We’ve been here several times and have always been pleased.

   Everyone enjoyed their meal and the Corn soup. Service was superb. Nice night.

   Celebrated my daughter’s 19th birthday there. It was our first time and it did not disappoint. Flavors were unique and wonderful. We will be going back again for sure.

   Service was amazing. Wish they had a 90z filet but the food was amazing and the sides splendid.

   We loved our dinner here! We had the steak frites, short ribs, and pork chop. Everything was fantastic.

   Excellent evening. Service impeccable, food was outstanding, and the restaurant was quiet and made for great conversation.

   Hickory and Ash has the best staff. We always have such a great experience! Every server we have had has been so personable and highlight to our experience besides the amazing food. If you haven’t been here yet you need to!!

   Great night celebrating my partner. Server was very helpful and attentive. The food was delish, we will definitely have to be back.

    We were very disappointed with our dining experience. It was a special birthday celebration. The young maitre d clearly had no clue that it was a birthday celebration or at least he did not care that it was. We were seated in a middle table close to the bar. How romantic to celebrate a birthday. The service was okay at best. The food was also just okay. We will not be back, based on this experience.
