Absolutely phenomenal experience! Tucked away off a busy street but still a lively ambience. The service was incredible from start to finish— our waiter Andrea was very attentive and helpful. The whole staff was. Note, this was in the night before London entered lockdown (restaurants shut) for the 3rd time and everywhere was manic and still, fantastic service. The set menu for 3 courses was delicious and great value for the high quality. Cannot wait to go back!!
Great experience, the food, wine and service were all outstanding
Retirement
Amazing food! Best belly pork ever Good service. Restaurant and toilets a bit dirty ( food crumbs on window sills of seating). Overall looks a bit tired. Loads of screaming kids
Saturday night dinner with friends. Nice location, nice restaurant, nice welcome. Opinions were divided about the food. Some thought for example that it was unnecessarily spicy. Others liked the ingredients. So not a home run but me had a nice time and the place is decent value.
Great location, good prosecco brunch options and lovely dining area upstairs
We had a a great time bottomless proceso brunch .
I will definitely recommend to friends, great service great food thank you
Wonderful place for brunch. Excellent service and the food was delicious!
Service & food quality impressive. 15% service charge is excessive, the percentage is also not displayed on the bill within his sneaky. The donation added to the bill is not something all customers wold want. It should not automatically put on the bill even is discretionary. Customers should be asked prior to this being added.
Thank you
Very poor value for money. The attempt to add a 15% service charge (which in fairness is discretionary and we requested its removal ) is an irritating habit that is creeping in now in the UK. Mr Ramsey needs to remember this is the UK not USA. The Ritz do not charge anything for Service.
Amazing food/ great service and good prices
Very nice meal and setting
Great restaurant to go for the first visit since February.
The food was lovely. Try the pineapple dessert. I think the best I have tasted.
Service was good. Lovely to see the staff helping one another
Because of the new restrictions we could only sit outside as we were having dinner with friends. The waitress that serves us was amazing and very attentive. I thought being a Gordon Ramsey restaurant there would have been more outside heaters unfortunately they were wall mounted not free standing so if you were sitting under them you were fine, but sitting opposite not great. Also no measures for if it rains. But food was good.
I took my boyfriend here for a 30th birthday. Despite the negative reviews on here about service, we experienced wonderful service. The staff were friendly and attentive and the beef wellington was delicious! They even brought out a separate desert for his birthday which was so so sweet.
Lovely place to go and enjoy a lovely meal. All the food was superb and the atmosphere and service was great
I think the ambience is great but the food could be better. A little disappointing apart from the chocolate fondant which was amazing.
Very solid lunch place. All the usual menu items, hence why it’s not 5-stars for me, as it was a bit formula. Steaks, burgers, salads etc. But very family friendly and very good service.
Poor service, main brought out while still eating starter, waitress impatient, not impressed
A very standard bistro not recommended for foodies With decor that is a bit tired. Service was efficient and kind - good SA Chardonnay recommendation by the excellent SA sommelier - who lived yards from the vineyard - allegedly
A great Sunday afternoon brunch! We cannot wait to come back after lockdown!
Last minute booking but glad to have made it. Friendly service in what cant be good for staff and the food was really nice, had the roast and if you like gravy might need to ask for extra on the side. Yorkshires were amazing.
A sub par experience for a mediocre, over priced english breakfast. One sausage, no brown sauce and a small ramikin of beans. One of the poached eggs was basically hard boiled. The poached eggs in general were cooked using the cling film method. Its a breakfast you could imagine Gordon Ramsay taking the mickey out of. Not impressed.
Service took a little bit to start but once it did the experience was fantastic. The wellington is out of this world
Very nice lunch in a restaurant with a nice atmosphere inside and out.
The experience was just so great , we passed an amazing unique experience for our anniversary, Andrea the waiter was superb and he made sure service for our table to be smooth and attentive 😊we love it will be back soon
Food was fine but nothing special although I did really like/enjoy the soup. Sense mass produced?!
We had brunch on the Sunday and the restaurant was fairly quiet, but the staff were very friendly and it had a nice ambience. The pancakes were beautiful and would definitely go back again for that. My partner had a English breakfast, which was also nice and everything was cook very well, with good produce.
Beef wellington was nice but the rest was very average.
I had a very pleasant experience with Heddon Kitchen! The staff were all very friendly and professional! I felt very welcome and well looked after!! The food was outstanding and the restaurant had an amazing ambience! Will definitely be back!
They did everything they could to accommodate us under the new tier 2 restrictions. Great afternoon had by all. Thank you for an enjoyable Prosecco Brunch.
I love this restaurant, and have come many many time (and rented the room upstairs for special events). While it is always fun, my son and I ordered 2 ribeyes, that were not only tiny, but were full of tendons/nerves (so hard to eat), and that was for £37 each!
I would love to get some feedback on this, otherwise think my enthusiasm for your restaurant, and staff, who have always been fantastic, will diminish significantly.

We got the beef Wellington which was great! Service was also great and everything was very nice overall. Would come back.
Went for the Beef wellington which was So so tasty, couldn’t recommend it more. The only thing I would say, the 3 courses were sufficient to feed Three people. Would definitely go again!
Gordon can shout at whoever he wants, that was fabulous. Service was immaculate, waiters were fantastic, just the right level of friendly without being over the top and never felt like they were hovering but were always where you wanted them to be.
We had the pork belly and chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream - both were delicious and worth every penny.
Decent, okay food, okay service and very standard British traditional place. A bit pricey but it is right off Regent street...so to be expected. We went there entirely because it was on the Michelin guide list but it it not at that level. Not disappointed but also not something we would go back to or recommend as a must visit.
Spectacular! Fantastic! But expensive! Bottle of rose, a lobster wellington to share between 2 and a starter for 250£.
Was amazing, everything you would expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
Everything was 5 star.
very friendly staff, but a bit miffed to find we had to get the menu via a qr code on my phone (love london menu)
house wine was pretty awful, but food and service good
Disappointed with menu and quality. Staff were lovely
