Welcome to Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, where celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey and his brother James bring a slice of their Central Oregon ranching heritage to Bend. Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.

Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Smash Burger, Beef Fat Fries, Steelhead Trout, and Beef Tongue Tostadas all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

We wanted to share in the one year anniversary of Hawk and Huck and celebrate my wife’s Birthday!! Been a big fan of the chefs and so happy to finally get to visit. Had amazing steaks and the cornbread was over the moon awesome as weee the sides were ordered. Great service fun times and awesome atmosphere cannot wait to go back.

My husband’s 16oz ribeye which was not cheap was ordered med arrest was medium at best. Not their best cut of meat. Our server was amazing and my tomato cheese basil pizza was fantastic!

Such a cool place- loved it so much! Awesome vibes, decor, lively music. Kid friendly play area but also high end adult experience. Beautiful food presentation - everything was very well executed. The beet and burrata salad was next level!

Wow! What a wonderful dining experience! Great atmosphere, attentive staff and AMAZING food and drink. I can’t wait to take more friends there!

The staff was very friendly, the food fantastic, but the portions for the sides and starters were all over the place. Some were really generous, but others were really small for how expensive they were. My steak was cooked to perfection. We were celebrating so they gifted us some free ice cream (very generous portion). Their cocktails were delicious. Some at the table had a hard time hearing because the room was extremely loud, but as people left, it was much more tolerable. The decor is really fun and you can see how much thought has been put into it. Prices were trending toward a special occasion meal rather than often visited, but no complaints on the quality of the food served. Overall I would definitely come back and think they are a great addition to Bend's food scene.

Wonderful dining experience. The steak was cooked perfectly and so tasty. The drinks were great. Our party of 5 had a wonderful evening.

Fun atmosphere and lots of staff bustling about to serve customers. Entrees were excellent! Peanut butter brownie dessert was very dry.
