   For a Troy Guard restaurant, this was disappointing for sure. The food was so-so, with several items served luke warm at best. The cast iron shared cinnamon roll appetizer was flat out cold and tasted like it was from two days ago. When the manager stopped by to take the pan away we shared that it had been cold and dry and he said “oh really?” The service was poor, with one woman flat out rude. The restaurant was not full or the least bit busy (for Mother’s Day brunch) which should have been a sign. Expecting an elevated brunch downtown based on Troy Guard’s reputation, but we would have been much better off at Snooze.

   Food overall was okay, the coffee was awful and bitter and the music was too loud, couldn’t hear the person across the table from you. The service was great though. Will give it another try and def order something different

   It was very loud in the restaurant with club music blaring. A member of our party an auditory condition and we asked if they could turn the music down for 30 min while we ate. They turned it down a tiny bit. But it felt unnoticeable. Their response was that the owner liked the music really loud and it’s kind of their vibe so they couldn’t turn it down anymore. It made our entire experience awful.

   What a find!! Great new spot everyone needs to check out! Service was amazing, huge portions, great vibe! Everything was delish!! And there’s a roof top patio!!

   With high anticipation we tried this new location but came away with a "meh." Ordering a Denver omelette, it's somewhat bare. Cheap, quick diner-like approach to cooking with the ingredients put on top of a (small) egg base and then folded over. For the price-point, they could mix and combine ingredients. A starter cinnamon roll came right out and probably without heating. Had to send it back. A replacement came just ahead of said omelette while my spouse waited several minutes for her entree. All served within minutes as if they wanted to turn the tables within a half-hour or, in consideration of how the eggs were prepared, think it's a replacement for McD's or BK. But at higher price-points. On a positive note, service was friendly (though nothing done to adjust the tab for the pointed-out mishaps), design is very good and the menu is varied. But Denver is a big brekkie town and there are far too many other places nearby given this meal to try it again. A pity, we do like Troy's other concepts and maybe this one will get adjusted. Let us know if it does otherwise we'll "Snooze" on it.

   Phenomenal experience here! Food was amazing and the drinks were on par for best brunch drinks in town. Taylor was such a joy as our server and gave great recommendations. Love the whole vibe here and can’t wait to visit the #rooftop! Thank you!!

    Vibrant space, great service and delicious food! The Huevos Rancheros looked like a piece of artwork and the pineapple upside-down pancake and cinnamon roll were scrumptious. Service was attentive and the atmosphere and decor were fun and well designed.
