   Great new spot downtown with a beautiful rooftop bar and sitting area! Service was amazing and food was delicious! A must try!

   Vibrant space, great service and delicious food! The Huevos Rancheros looked like a piece of artwork and the pineapple upside-down pancake and cinnamon roll were scrumptious. Service was attentive and the atmosphere and decor were fun and well designed.

   I had a really good experience here on their opening day. I had a really delicious mocktail, and there were several others that were sounded really enticing. Our server was super friendly and very responsive, and she answered our myriad of questions deftly. There were a lot of very interesting menu items that were very representative of a good brunch place, but also had their own spin on what you might hope to see in Colorado. The portion sizes were good and everything was cooked very well. The food came out fast and hot and was plated well. My only complaint is pretty minor. One of the meals we ordered was the meatloaf Loco Moco which was supposed to come with kimchi fried rice however, the rice was steamed and it was neither fried nor did it have kimchi. However, it was garnished with kimchi and it was still delicious. The music selection was upbeat and the vibe was very bright, happy, and friendly. I cannot wait to come back to enjoy their rooftop patio, which they told me was opening very soon. From the outside it looks like the rooftop patio has a pretty big layout and view. Oh yeah, the prices were pretty on par with similar restaurants. I would recommend to them that they might consider expanding their hot beverages during breakfast and brunch service to include more non-coffee beverages. Lastly, I was very happy to see that they were supporting a local nonprofit for their soft launch. It’s really nice to see local corporation supporting each other.

   Had the chance to try Hashtag downtown opening weekend and it did not disappoint!
