   Food very good. Service very poor. Very slow to take our order. 1 of the meals & the vegetables came well after the 2 other meals were served. There was no care & attention, no one asked if the meal was ok or if we would like anything else. One of the meals was cold. We had to ask for the plates to be cleared away as we were tired of sitting next to finished plates. We had to ask to see the dessert menus. There was a substantial discount but we would rather have a good dining experience without the discount. Not sure we will come again.

   The food and wine were excellent, however the service was slow, felt like we were forgotten. We ate at Harry’s twice on our visit to London as it was very close to our hotel. Yes, I would go back again if I wasn’t in a hurry.

   Imagine after waiting 1:50hrs for your meal and being told it was going to be 10mins 15mins ago you enquire where your meal is only to be be told by someone pretending to be a manager that he would have left after an hour if it was himself! Not what you want to hear, when the meal finally turned up after nearly 2hrs of waiting it was OK but the service was lacking and apologies initially non-existent. The real manager I presume did in the end resolve the issue by taking the food from the bill but not a place I would return given the delay.

   Excellent food served by excellent staff. Very enjoyable evening. Not rushed at all and very relaxing.

   We had a very good lunch with family. Good ambient. Good service . Good food. Ok price. The only downside is that in lunch they do not have the full menu so there was not steak in the menu. Installations very good. Quiet and charming. Will return .

   The food was amazing. Lobster ravioli, tuna pizzeta, garlic flatbread, everything was amazing!! The service was lovely, a beautiful place to catch up with friends over amazing food and drinks. Beautiful ambience, new location is my favourite so far.

    I wanted to share some feedback following our visit to your restaurant yesterday evening for a 7:15pm reservation, which my family and I were really looking forward to as we were celebrating my brother’s birthday. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service from the restaurant staff was excellent, I feel it’s important to address a disappointing experience we had with the receptionist upon arrival and departure. I arrived first and greeted the receptionist with a friendly “Hi, how are you?” but was met with complete silence and a prolonged, uncomfortable stare. She did not acknowledge my greeting, nor did she offer any form of welcome or assistance. I eventually had to initiate the conversation by mentioning our reservation, but the interaction remained cold and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, when the rest of my family arrived, they experienced the exact same treatment. The receptionist was again dismissive, silent, and unapproachable — which made all of us feel quite uncomfortable. Upon leaving, there was no farewell or even basic acknowledgment, even when I went to collect my bag from the cloakroom. While everything else about the evening was wonderful, this interaction left a negative impression on what was otherwise a special night. Her demeanor felt deliberately cold and intimidating, which is not what one would expect from a restaurant with such a great reputation. We wanted to share this in the hope that it can be addressed appropriately, as we’d love to return in the future and have a more welcoming experience from start to finish.
