We were surprised at the lack of ambiance compared to the other two Harry locations we have gone to. Food was adequate and not hot and service was slow and when we complained about how long we were waiting for food we were given a poor excuse and they forgot to deliver one item. Had to find a service person twice. We would never recommend this location of Harry's.

I have been slightly saddened by the move of The Ivy (the original one) to a 'brand' or more a group of brands, but the level of quality of food of the group remains the same even if the 'cachet' has been diluted Harry's at Victoria was lovely - no complaints about the food, which was slightly and nicely quirky. The service was good natured, polite and delivered with a smile The only niggle is it was slow to start - we waited a while to give a drinks, and receive our order, and like most London restaurants ATM, there was a sense that staff were learning on the job, a bit haphazard and slightly disorganised It's an all day Brunch style, on Sunday, which is fine, but is a mid afternoon meal 'brunch'? I'll certainly use this place again The day was sweltering hot, and we were lucky to be next to a window, which meant Victoria traffic was not very far away, but that was hardly the fault of the restaurant!

On a hot day in London, it was just a lovely experience to walk into a clean cool and well organised restaurant. From the reception to the waiting staff everybody was impeccable with their care. I would like to go back for lunch one day, thank you so much.Azizi was very attentive. Good was delicious
