   Had such a lovely evening in Hard Rock staff were so lovely couldn’t do enough for us! Food was unreal thanks for a great night and lovely added touch for my friends birthday also!

   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dylan and the entire team at Hard Rock for making my sister’s surprise birthday party absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, the timing was perfect, and every detail was taken care of with care and enthusiasm. Organizing a surprise party can be stressful, but Dylan and the Hard Rock team made it so easy and enjoyable. I truly loved every second of it, and my sister was over the moon with the whole experience. Thank you again for helping us create such a special and memorable celebration!

   Great choice of Gluten Free. Our Server Charlotte was really helpful in advising for lactose free too. We had Chicken Sandwich (lovely G/F bun) . Also had Bacon BBQ Cheese Burger. Both meals tasty and fresh. For dessert, Hot Choc Brownie and Vegan Ice cream with strawberries and sauce. Delicious! We've always been very happy with our meals here and have no doubt that if we weren't it would be sorted. Always excellent service and we enjoy the ambience. Compared to some other restaurants, we feel that HRC offers overall good value for money. Convenient location close to Piccadily Circus Tube Station and is an easy walk from Tottenham Court Road or Leicester Square. We've been coming here for a few years and always received the same high standard and remains our favourite place to dine.

   Très bon grande salle petites alcôves pour couples. Bonne ambiance se trouve sous le shop.

   A very good experience. Good food, burgers and meat, good beer and great service! Sincerly, I think I book a table again.

   Went there with large family after the LONDON MARATHON RUN with my medal etc Was told as a regular customer they sort some food and possible beer for free …after asking was told possible ice cream only Little disappointed GRUCHO RESTUARANT GIVING A FREE STEAK MEAL

    Absolutely brilliant service great atmosphere food was so nice, Went for husbands birthday they came out Sang happy birthday which made it even more perfect Highly recommend going
