   A little bit too loud place, but very nice and polite staff. They are using some ingredients that are not written in menu (curry).

   Amazing visit for my son's birthday. Both of us have coeliac and cannot have gluten, we were catered for amazingly, staff really seemed to care and made an effort to make sure we were comfortable. Tjeu were attentive, bringing us free refills without us having to ask. Even bought my son a free dessert for his birthday and made sure it was gluten free. Thank you for making our visit perfect, which is something that is usually so hard being gluten free. We will be back!

   Bonne atmosphère, bonne deco, serveur très sympathique. La cuisine est plutôt de bonne qualité. Un très bon moment partagé en famille.

   Amazing place to eat, so many interesting outfit of rock star, good music e staff is very kind.

   Had such a lovely evening in Hard Rock staff were so lovely couldn’t do enough for us! Food was unreal thanks for a great night and lovely added touch for my friends birthday also!

   Excellent all round experience, brilliant spacious restaurant, fantastic friendly staff who are very enthusiastic & excellent at their jobs and of course amazing food.

   Gave a 5* review for our visit the day before but unfortunately can't say the same for this visit on my son's Birthday. Brought water straight away (great, it was hot outside) but then asked if we were ready to order (only just opened the menu!). Our food arrived within minutes of ordering. No explanation why there was no garlic bread with the Mac & Cheese. I've had Sizzljng Fajitas many times (minus tortillas as I'm g/f). The onions and peppers were raw. 5 pieces of pepper on the top, all the rest was onion. Our Server didn't come back to check if food was okay. The tone I was asked if 'he' wanted them to sing Happy Birthday or have a quiet one made it feel like it was too much bother. We paid and left and got coffee somewhere else. It was completely rushed and very disappointing. Not up to the high standard we usually get. Last year we were in New York and this was nearly as bad as that was. 2 years in a row a disappointing experience for my son's Birthday (thank you Charlotte for making it so much better the day before). We'll stick with going at lunch time when we are in London and probably not bother on Birthdays or going later in the day.

    I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dylan and the entire team at Hard Rock for making my sister’s surprise birthday party absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, the timing was perfect, and every detail was taken care of with care and enthusiasm. Organizing a surprise party can be stressful, but Dylan and the Hard Rock team made it so easy and enjoyable. I truly loved every second of it, and my sister was over the moon with the whole experience. Thank you again for helping us create such a special and memorable celebration!
