We had a great table in the bar so we could watch the Nuggets game. The bartender was our service and he was fantastic! He made great suggestions for drinks and mocktails and was really helpful with the sushi menu. We had a great time!

First time at Hapa Sushi Grill and Saki Bar. Nice restaurant that I would give another try. Indoor tables are too close. Waiters bumped into us and the people around us. The house salad was very good, but the daily special appetizer of shrimp wrapped in rice paper was lacking flavor, even with the side sauce. However, the sushi was stellar, which is why I’d go back.

Abbi, our waitress, was awesome! We had the most delicious meal (perfect for our 21st Anniversary!) We started with nachos, then had a tempura asparagus roll, dragon roll, and the pacific isle roll and 2 different nigiris…Yum!!!!

Hapa is always outstanding. We live locally and simply love the food and the service. What amazed us on this visit was their accommodation of our son’s newly discovered gluten allergy. They are the best restaurant for this allergy that I have ever seen. Troy is an outstanding manager and makes Hapa feel like home for our family.

It’s time for a facelift and clean up — the place is quite dirty. Most dishes are good, but priced too high. Finally, it’s time to understand that waiters need to look clean — no tattoos, no piercings, they need to shave and put their hair together, and wear clean clothes. In short, common sense.

Great food and service. Didn’t get a 5 for this experience is only secondary to the LOUD people sitting next to us. They had obviously been drinking a lot. Once they left, it was much better!

Love the food and the atmosphere. It is expensive but so is all sushi in Boulder.

I love Hapa sushi, and especially the Sake in a box that they offer! All of their fish is fresh and delicious and I can’t wait till they moved to the new location!

The specialty bows - Bonfire Bowl - is FANTASTIC! the sushi is phenomenal. Our waiter, wonderful! And the hot Green Tea - the BEST!!!!!

My husband and I love this place! Best happy hour around, we dined on the patio on a beautiful and sunny Saturday. Our waitress,Mary,was so sweet and attentive. Great service, great food, been here many times and it’s always consistently good!

I love Hapa sushi, and I think their menu is diverse and delicious! The venue though, is too small and too loud and crowded and hot! The service is wonderful and I can’t wait for them to move!
