Great steaks but took ages to come, it was Chelsea match night and we were in a hurry, kitchen was really really slow

The booking from open table had not been received by the outlet but they were very obliging. Service was great unfortunately the steak was very chewy. The sides need expanding with more vegetable options.

They messed up our order. They didn't cook the ribeyes properly. Chewy and far to rare. Rest of the food was cold. Staff members came out of the customer toilet together during service? Either romance or drugs. Both unprofessional. Terrible atmosphere. The girl serving us was the redeemer. She had a sense of humour and could think in her feet. She should find somewhere else to work so she doesn't get tied into a bad review by association.

We had an excellent meal and experience here. They had wonderful gluten-free options for my wife, and we had extremely good food here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The service was very good, we were treated wonderfully. The prices were fair.

We went for a Sunday roast. The steak was incredible. When the board came out with caramelised onion stuffed Yorkshire’s we were won over already! One of the best beef roasts we have had
