   They had a huge screen TV and Denver had a two team seven game series tonight. We asked the manager if they would turn on one of the games and she said no because the DJ was coming on at 8 PM. We asked her this at 5:15 PM for the 530 Nuggets game. She said no. They are completely Incapable of looking at the big picture that this is a huge night for Denver SPORTS. They are so interested in whatever they feel their identity is that they do not want to support their customers. Several tables around us said they felt the same way we did. They would love to see the games and they were shocked by the response

   It is a vibrant, busy place right after work, when we were there. If you're looking to have a quiet conversation, though, not the place to go! Views are great!

   When we first arrived for our reservation the hostess was rude and dismissive. She seemed annoyed to be there and not interested in helping people. We were placed at a spot too small for our reservation and way too close to the live musician. The musician was good but the noise level was so loud you couldn’t even talk to the person seated next to you. We asked the hostess to move. She blew us off even though there was another area we could have moved too. Basically said too bad if you don’t like it leave. No one ever came to take our order so we ended up leaving. We came back an hour and a half later after hitting another bar. The hostess that was there at that time was wonderful! We had a great spot, drinks were ordered quickly and we ended up closing the place down. Enjoyed the time we had when we came back. But based on our earlier experience not the best.

   This was our first time at Halo. Beautiful space with great views. We made a reservation but decided to arrive a bit early to enjoy the view. The hospitality and service were great until we were seated at our reserved table. We sat as our waiter walked by our table 4 times; we finally flagged him down. We placed our order for two dishes which the waiter did not write down. He didn't write down anything for the group next to us either. He should have, he had to come back to their table to clarify their order. Another waitress had to come to our table to ask us what we ordered as well. Then we were informed they were out of one of the items...there are only 10 items on this menu. I realize this happens, but 7PM on a Saturday night? A bit better inventory management is in order. We probably would have ordered another round of drinks if the waiter ever came back. We had to flag him down for our check. We will give Halo another try, but they need to dial in the service.

   Terrible service. I don’t know if they don’t have enough people or if they just don’t have the right people. Impossible to get a drink even w a reservation. Ended up leaving and going to the another bar. Also, hostess reminded us twice we had our table for only an hour bc the next reservation -which is fine but stop bothering us. Very tacky.

   we had a wonderful date night! it was a little cold out but they had heaters and fires to keep warm and we couldn’t feel it! beautiful views, great food, lovely service.
