Took my niece for afternoon tea for her birthday treat, she loved it. Staff are so kind to also buy flowers and put extra effort in to make it special with birthday banner too. Thank you very much

Lovely set up for the afternoon tea, staff friendly and excellent service. Cakes delicious, sandwiches good but some that weren’t to our taste (we did enjoy the egg cress though).

Location very good when visiting the area. Service very prompt and booking on line very easy, with reminders nearer the time. Premises very clean with easy access hotel reception very helpful sorting out taxi when we were ready to leave.
