I chose black brick on a whim… an open table. What a surprise this was. We got to the restaurant a bit early and it was like no one was there. So we crashed the bar happy hour. Drinks were fine, but the apps were fire! We had dumplings and buns. I frequently travel to Las Vegas and always visit Din Tai Fong. While Brick doesn’t have them on variety, they’ve got it on delivery. We finally moved to our table turned out to be a cocktail table (even though I chose to not have that on the reservation). Did not like our location or the table. The food remained excellent. We had the Brick Tower and a Dan Dan. The sauces here seem house made and are very good. The Dan Dan was a fun rendition but for the faint of heart - quite spicy. We hope to Come back for Sunday Dim Sum!

Food - especially the duck was amazing. Both owner and chef stopped by to check on us - even on a Friday night. Server was very knowledgeable

This wasn't our first date night at Hales Blackbrick, and it definitely won't be our last. We are more impressed with each visit. Phenomenal food, kind and attentive staff, as well as a relaxed ambience.

So many foods to choose from, even at Happy Hour, all excellent. My wife and I tried many different offerings, both Happy Hour and from the main menu. The portions were large so we had plenty to take home with us. They had many draft beers and even draft wine. They also have an extensive wine list. We sat at the bar, which by 6:00 pm was packed. We love the atmosphere of the place and are ready to go back and maybe next time sit at a table.

Delicious food and great service. Started with Crab and Pork dumpling and the Duck breast. Both were very good. Mongolian Beef Rib(melted in your mouth tender,) Dan Dan Noodles, and Brussel Sprouts were our choices for main course. All were delicious and plenty for 4 people. Staff was attentive and very knowledgable. All in all a great experience. Only complaint would be that the music in the restaurant is very loud. Ever so slightly reduced would make it a perfect experience where conversation can thrive. Try Hale's out and enjoy!
