Our owner, Chef Richard Hales, a four generation Tampa family since 1954, is back in his hometown of Tampa after 25 years away. Mastering Chinese cuisine, opening award winning restaurants and appearing on the Food Network; beloved by the likes of Guy Fieri. Our seasonal menu features Asian techniques using the fi nest ingredients and availability of locally sourced produces. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. For a trendy Asian fusion spot, the prices were outrageous for what you get. They market the dishes as shareable, but even the menu itself says “shareable for 1-2 people” — the portions were incredibly small. To make matters worse, almost every dish tasted like it had the exact same sauce, making the whole meal feel repetitive and uninspired. As if that wasn’t enough, there were flies everywhere, which completely killed the dining experience. For the price point, I expected much better food, better portions, and a far cleaner environment. Definitely not worth it. There are plenty of other spots in Tampa that deliver better food, value, and atmosphere.

Great food and service. Will be back very soon. Fun vibe and very varied menu. Our servers were attentive and we appreciated the recommendations from Marcus and the great service.

The food was amazing and interesting as well as presentation. Ambiance is calm and easy to have conversations. Menu is diverse and there are a lot of options. Cocktail menu also unique. Highly recommend if you like Asian inspired food!

Owner and chef came around and talked to each table of guests! Service was outstanding. Beautiful venue and good food.

The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the soup dumplings, pecking duck, and sweet potato cheesecake. We also got a few side dishes just to try. Everything was great & you can tell that the chef put lots of care into both the flavor & presentation of the food. . Additionally, the service was spot-on. The service was attentive but not hovering. It was an enjoyable evening & we love the new South Tampa location.
