   With the exception of the carved meats, the food was embarrassingly low quality and poor taste. If not for the exceptional service given to us, we likely would have left. If dining, please seek Churrasco experience, else you risk eating fast casual quality food and upper tier prices

   It was our first time dining at HnH, and I wasn’t quite used to the atmosphere of this style of restaurant. However, our servers were exceptional. They made us feel welcome, clearly explained the courses and the self-serve process, and checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes. Their attentiveness made us feel truly valued. 10/10 – we will definitely be returning.

   Meat was so good and love the mimosa. The only thing is for bottomless mimosas says we did have to wait a while for a refill.

   The food and service are top notch...did I mention how good the service is? We were checked on several times in a way that was attentive and made us feel welcomed and very well taken care of. We had the all you can eat Churrasco Experience, so the value is what you make of it. The variety of meats and frequent visits by the gauchos were better than what we have experienced in past visits to another major Churrasco restaurant chain. The meats were lightly seasoned - which is good for my blood pressure - and the self-serve salad bar offerings were all fresh and delicious. Overall, H&H Beverly Hills is a terrific place for Brazilian barbecue in a classy setting - carnivorous couples on a date need not look further. The restaurant has a "dressed to impressed" dress code, but the majority of diners during our visit were casually attired. But out of respect for the restaurant's owners and staff I would suggest dressing up even a little...it's a classy enough place deserving of the extra effort.

   I took customers to this restaurant because they wanted to try the $25 all-you-can-eat Brazilian barbecue advertised online. Every promo we saw featured images of servers walking around with skewers of meat, so we were expecting the classic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. When we arrived, we quickly realized there was no all-you-can-eat Brazilian barbecue. Instead, it was an all-you-can-eat salad bar with only two protein choices. This was a complete bait-and-switch. What should have cost no more than $200 based on the advertised pricing ended up being $378 because we had to order à la carte steaks—and they were not even remotely cooked in a traditional Brazilian style. They were simply pan-fried pieces of meat, lacking the flavor and quality you’d expect from a Brazilian steakhouse. The ribeye was a huge disappointment—something you’d expect from Denny’s late at night after a few drinks, not a specialty steakhouse. It was nowhere near worth the $40 price tag. The shrimp dish was another letdown, serving just six small shrimp that did not justify the cost. Service was another issue. While the staff was nice, they were inattentive. Plates were left piling up on the table, even as we returned to the salad bar. We had to constantly flag down servers just to get basic assistance. On top of that, when we left, no one even said goodbye—just another reflection of the lack of attentiveness. Overall, I felt completely scammed. The misleading advertising, underwhelming food, and poor service left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I would never return, not even for the $25 salad bar. If you’re considering this place, save your money and go somewhere else.
