    The business did not honor our reservations at all. We were informed after 30 minutes of waiting past our reservation they would not be able to seat us for 2 hours after our booked reservation because they did not have any tables available. I was then additionally told we would receive a text message when there actually was an available table for us. We were reassured of this twice. No text was sent to us for the rest of the night. This experience reflects extremely poor and untrustworthy business practices. Never before have I made a reservation at a restaurant and then been flat out denied seating or service for the entire night. They offered zero apology or compensation, let alone even an explanation for the error. Not a business you want to go to if you want to be on time anywhere, or apparently eat food for that matter.

    Food did come a bit slower but the service was great. Our server had a positive energy and was super accommodating!

    Fabulous beef & bibimbap & Tiffany our server, was super helpful. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and gracious.

    The tables and grills were very dirty—sticky to the touch. Be careful not to look inside the grill, or you might lose your appetite. When we asked to move to a cooler spot because it was uncomfortably hot, the staff offered several other tables, but every area felt just as warm. It seems like the restaurant keeps the A/C very weak throughout the dining area. We had to fan ourselves the whole time while eating. Interestingly, the spots where the servers work and the area near the restrooms were actually cool and comfortable. Unfortunately, we only noticed this as we were paying and getting ready to leave. Overall, it feels like this place is designed to be extremely server-friendly, ensuring the staff have a pleasant environment—even if the customers don’t. For the price, the experience definitely didn’t measure up.

    This place is very nice. Good food and you get a lot for the price depending on how much a person actually eats. The price is good if you go in a group for like 3 or more people. Prices can be "pricey" if you go with 2 people but again it depends on your appetite and what how much you want to eat. They offer a variety of items. This includes, single meals, appetizers and a la carte buffet, which is good. The food was tasty. I would recommend this place to other people. Very nice place to go.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants-- great food and service and a warm, welcoming environment. The one suggestion is to please get better rice-- you don't use Japanese rice, which is so much better and works with your food. Thanks.

    Booked about a month in advance for graduation. Table had rice on it and sauce jars were sticky. Servers were all very congenial and food was very good. Unfortunately, the soup (appetizer) didn’t come out for about 45 minutes. There were times when we had cooked all our food and were just sitting there waiting to put in reorders. This was a timed menu, so I’d recommend ordering from the regular menu and not doing anything timed. There were six of us and only three could reach the grill to ‘cook’ the food. Would recommend they make a few improvements. The place was slammed. Again, food was good.

    Our server need a phenomenal job helping us sort through a complex menu. We were seated immediately in the quietest part of the restaurant. Drinks were served by Anthony and then delicious food options started arriving nicely paced. It was our grandson's birthday and the staff entertained him and provided complementary desserts. We can't wait to return.

    Julie, our server, was so nice and helpful- food was so good. We've never tried Japanese BBQ so it was a fun and tasty experience. We'll def be back!
