Paul Reilly of Coperta, Roland Hermann of Maisons Marques & Domai nes, and Chef Lon Symensma of ChoLon Restaurant Concepts will guide you through this Tour of Italy, sharing stories, procedures and the passion it takes to refine Italian cuisine & culture in the greater Denver-Metro area.
