Great brunch. Kids and adults enjoyed equal.
The food was great and tasted good. The service however NOT SO GREAT! We asked to be moved bc we were not interested in sitting in the garage. The host that moved us was awful. He stated reservations only get better seating. Well we had reservations. He just pointed to a table and asked us to sit there and walked away. When I explained this to the manager she brought us a bag of cold and possibly old beignets. She offered a round of drinks on the house which was nice but we just had her cover the coffees. The waitress was really sweet, but in the middle she had to take her break and that was fine. We got Juan and he was nice too. I have been here a handful of times and food is mediocre but the staff needs a customer service training. Say one that teaches them how to appropriately react to customers concerns. Finally, I am not sure if I will be eating here again due to common and consistent service issues.
Food was excellent
Made a reservation ahead and got seated 15 min after but we got helped quick and got our food even quicker + it was so good !!!! A bit too loud but overall super good
Very nice and accommodating for our family with 2 dogs. Thank you!
Enjoyed brunch as part of Restaurant Week. Had requested outdoor seating but was not accomodated. Indoor seating was well spaced and precautions were followed, Food was good.
Not impressed with the chilaquiles. They were whole Tortilla chips with a mix of sauce, chorizo, sour cream and cilantro. They were just okay.
Our reservation was for 11:15, we showed up at 11:20 at the host was like “oh.... you’re 20 minutes late...” so I had to explain that I wasn’t. Then we waited another 15 minutes to be seated in the parking garage to the side of the restaurant at a 4-person table with an extra chair propped in the walkway to accommodate our party of 5. I made this reservation more than a week in advance. We were seated in the crappiest location and treated like we had shown up at some appallingly late time.
Friendly greeting at door had reservation but was early. We wanted to sit at the bar so we were shown directly there. We had wonderful Bloody Marys with crunch large dill pickle and very meaty bacon strip. Squash blossoms and potatoes very tasty and something different. Usually we cannot get past bacon donuts. It is good to try something new. Cannot say enough good things about our waiter Gustavo. Great service allowed us to take our long time enjoying a leisurely brunch.
Great experience. Delicious food!! I will definitely come back.
Delicious food, great ambience. Good service, but only thing was had to ask for water a few times.
Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked!
I definitely will come back.
My daughters 29tb Birthday ❤️
I love the Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts its delicious
Easter brunch with family was outstanding!
Easter. We were outside which was fine but then last table into the parking garage. Not very good ambience.
We had a great time at our Easter Brunch. The restaurant is pricey for every weekend. Some outdoor seating is at parking garage exit which could be off putting.
Chicken was amazing, so were the doughnuts
Easter Brunch and birthday celebration. Dining tables were well spaced for social distancing.
Delicious, fun menu with outstanding service. Location is unfortunately attached to the mall with a street/construction view at the moment.
We had reservations for 9:45, arrived 2 minutes early and they sat us right away, then 18 minutes goes by without one person coming over. Brisket hash was alright, mom got the scramble with bacon and we both noticed the potatoes were hardly warm...like pre cooked but they never got hot before they served them. They did bring us free beignets for the long wait, but the price of breakfast does not warrant the service nor the quality of the Breakfast food...$20+ per plate for breakfast? Oh, it’s La Jolla, maybe that is why. Nothing impressed me enough to make this my go-to spot.
Mimosas were tasty and the food was amazing!
The chicken was pretty salty that day when i Had my favorite chicken and maple donuts. But everything else was delicious. Server was very nice and friendly.
Very expensive but good
Pleasant service with a smile. Food is always great.
The scrambled eggs were over cooked, the lollipop waffles also overcooked . The service was very very slow.
Always like the food and ambiance of great maple. Brunch offerings are good from bloody Mary’s to pig in a blanket(really Big!). The brisket sandwich was good and I chose salad as a side and that was enough to fill me! The breakfast choice was good and I added sausage which I really liked—I usually choose bacon but I’d choose sausage again. The protein bowl with salmon is tasty-so healthy, haha. Definitely a good solid place for brunch/lunch. Haven’t had dinner here yet
Excellent service, delicious food large portions definitely returning
Birthday brunch. Food and drinks were delicious. It was however a bit loud and hard to hear everyone chatting but still very
The food and drinks were delicious but more expensive than anticipated. Our table area was very loud and it was difficult to order and talk during the meal. Otherwise, the mimosas were fantastic!
We ordered sandwhiches but received hashes. It was good, just not what we were expecting.
I truly enjoyed my experience even though all I had was the healthy breakfast option. My fiancée really enjoyed the donuts and our 4 year old actually ate most of her food, which is rare.
This place is amazing! Came with my parents from out of town and girlfriend. All of our dishes were great and the service was fun. They were busy but extremely attentive!
Definitely coming back here!
First time brunch customer. Love the selections and the food was great!!
Issues with seating but management resolved problem right away. It was a busy Sunday, so service was slow and our food order was lost in translation. But waiter was nice.
Tasty food, well presented. Hot dishes came out well ahead of cold item... While waiting, hot food cooled down. Service uneven. No TP in women's restroom (checked 2 of 3 stalls).
Place never disappoints! Very happy they are back and were able to endure the on/off shut downs in SD. Going back soonest.
The good and the restaurant were good. I got the famous pickle Mary and it was phenomenal. Loved the eggs and my potatoes. Would recommend if you don’t have any food allergies. Most entrees have gluten/wheat.
Great food! The only thing was the location of our table next to the parking lot and cars passing all the time
Always a wonderful experience here.
