   Loved it! High quality food, great options to choose from. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service is excellent as well and very affordable for the quality you get. Glad we discovered this place! We’ve already went to the Anaheim location several times during our vacation and looking forward to future visits!

   Our server (Josh I believe) was terrific. My complaint is with the front. We had 9am reservations on 5/24. We arrived 5 minutes early. At check in we wer told it will be a minute to get the table set up. Mind you the restaurant was not busy that morning. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes to be seated. A party walked in right after us with no reservations and were seated immediately. This is the second time this has happened at the Anaheim location, extremely irritating.

   Checked in at the hostess desk by a very friendly hostess and was seated in less than a minute. Had a nice table with only 1 party next to me. My server arrived promptly and took my order. He delivered my coffee and a few minutes later my freshly made beignets and eggs were brought out. The lemon curd and warm beignets (5) were very good. My 2 eggs were hot and tasted very fresh. Overall, it was a great light meal with wonderful service by the Great Maple staff.

   Only issue is the host wouldn't seat us till the whole party was there. 3 out of 5 of us were on time for the reservation. The resturant never called to confirm our reservation and when making the reservation it never said the whole party needed to be present to be sat. I would suggest that the resturant call or text to confirm day of and note that the whole party needed to be present to be sat. The host was also not very nice and told us that we had 15 minutes for the 2 people to show up or we moved down on the list to be sat. Would like to note the resturant was pretty empty. A lot of open tables. Other then that the food and our waiter were amazing. Highly recommend the Maple Donuts.

   I've tried Great Maple in the Pasadena location and was happy to hear that they opened one in Anaheim. They were very accommodating and staff was friendly. We went during mother's day and my mom had a great experience. The ambiance is of course a Disney vibe. In the hotel you can hear the lofi Disney theme songs....so cute! Everyone had a great experience and loved the food they all ordered. You'll see Pixar characters throughout the day which was nice for my niece to see. Would definitely recommend!

   This place was wonderful. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. Soda Pop Ribs and Hot Honey Chicken Sandwiches were amazing. Definitely will be coming again.

   During our recent stay at Pixar Hotel for a quick Disneyland trip from Hawaii, we had the pleasure of dining at Great Maple during a DKababayan event, and it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, making us feel right at home, and the ambiance was delightful, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of fun. The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, but the standout for us was the Smoked Bacon Doughnut—it was truly to die for! We can't recommend it enough. Overall, Great Maple provided a wonderful dining experience that added to the magic of our trip. Thank you for such a memorable meal!
