   During our recent stay at Pixar Hotel for a quick Disneyland trip from Hawaii, we had the pleasure of dining at Great Maple during a DKababayan event, and it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, making us feel right at home, and the ambiance was delightful, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of fun. The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, but the standout for us was the Smoked Bacon Doughnut—it was truly to die for! We can't recommend it enough. Overall, Great Maple provided a wonderful dining experience that added to the magic of our trip. Thank you for such a memorable meal!

   Our meal was delicious. We left with "full" bellies. Jonah, our server was great and attentive.

   Overall we had a great experience. Our waiter seemed distracted and we had to ask multiple times for things, whether it was a gluten free menu, water or even another drink. The restaurant did not seem very busy seeing that there was only one person manning the bar, and many tables were empty.

   Food and ambience is good. The server was kind and friendly, but he was the only server and service was slow. I was in town for Disneyland. I wasn't terribly impressed and I wouldn't plan to return on my next trip.

   We’ve eaten at Great Maple in Hillcrest numerous times (and the ill fated San Diego UTC location). This didn’t really compare. My wife loves Eggs Benedict and orders it many places. Here the hollandaise was significantly spicier than normal. They remade it but brought it out with no hollandaise, because the batch was too spicy and they were remaking it. When she was almost done they brought a small amount of hollandaise but it wasn’t warm. Our younger daughter’s pancakes and scrambled eggs came with lukewarm pancakes and room temperature scrambled eggs. My ribeye hash was yummy. Our older daughter’s mac n cheese was not to her liking but that may have just been her (she’s loves mac but is particular so sometimes this happens) All in all pretty underwhelming.

   Staff was extremely friendly. Food was very good. Restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back. Love it !!

   Server was non existent. Took a long time for each course and we ultimately had to ask the manager for our check because our server disappeared. Food looked great but tasted just ok

   We had a reservation today and we were seating right away. The appetizer or sharing plates came out fast and the truffle fried delicious. The main dishes were slower to arrive and our person with celiac person received hers with bread. That took longer than it should have to resolve. The problem was the service. We had to ask for everything - drink refills, to check on the gluten free meal, bag for leftovers etc. Each request was met with attitude and slamming glasses on the table. No smile ever - just not what you expect for any restaurant let alone a Disney restaurant

    Food was just ok. Server seemed handicapped but the tablet and put in a wrong order and couldn’t find options quickly.
