   Good food /buffet. Busy because it was mother's day. Very good service, waitress was friendly and efficient.

   My family and I had Mother's Day brunch here today. It was wonderful. I was handed a flower when we arrived. The food and service were fantastic.

   The food wasn't great. Definitely not $35 per person worth. The prime rib was so rare making it hard to eat. The french toast area was a disaster. It should've been in the main buffet line. Every time I went up to get more, they didn't have them replaced fast enough and the options were empty. The pasta/tortellini was good, but the rest was just okay. The omelet station was okay. The guy making the omelet was watching something on his phone the entire time and didn't pay attention to what he was doing for most of it. I don't think we will come back for the buffet again. Definitely was not worth the cost.

   Dinner for a group of 10. All our food came out at the same time, which is rare with a group this big. Great value.

   We used to eat her a least once a week. But we noticed two years ago the quality of the food and restaurant were going down hill. We decided to try it again and see if things had gotten better. Sadly it was worse. The Idaho Nachos were overcooked, hard and crunchy. They should be soft like French fries. We complained and basically it was oh well. The entrees themselves were good but nothing spectacular. For the prices they are now charging I expect a little more Wow. And the condition of the restaurant? First thing you notice is paint peeling off the entrance door. Booths had ripped material and they were very hard. We had asked for a specific booth as we had a larger party and a disabled person. Half the restaurant was empty and I made this reservation a few days ahead of time. When we arrived they had given it to another party even though there were other booths available for the number of people in their party. We were placed at a smaller booth and crammed very close together. The best part of this whole experience was our server. She was amazing. She was engaging, attentive, friendly and funny. She even brought out a special birthday treat for our son at the end. Bravo to her. We will not go back as I don’t see anything changing anytime soon. Too bad. This used to be a go to place in Eagan.

   The food was mediocre as nothing really stood out. d Definitely don’t upgrade to the waffle fries as they came out more like potato chips than fries.

   My family of 9 visited for Easter Sunday brunch (buffet) and was disappointed in many things. First the server only took our plates and brought drinks yet there was a mandatory 20% tip added to the bill. I understand servers need to make money, but I asked for some butter and was told that it's up there at the buffet table. Second the aisles and walking space was very tight. The chair backs were very close and you had to squeeze through to get to and from the tables. Third the food was OK. They had a reasonable choice and an omelet station too. They advertised that they offered Eggs Benedict and when I asked the server they said it's at the omelet station. When I went to the omelet station they said they are no longer doing Eggs Benedict (we had an 11:30 reservation and it was around noon when I asked.) The cost was inflated $11.00 to $35.00 from their normal $24.00. I have been to this buffet in the past and have always enjoyed thier food, service and atmosphere at the Eagan location, but this will likely be the last time I go to their buffet.
