   We've been here several times. Food and service has been excellent in the past. Today eggs Benedict was over cooked. Muffin was super hard. Server said it was normal. Wife disagreed. I disagreed. Extremely disappointed.

   We had an excellent brunch on Sunday the 19th with friends. We all enjoyed our meals but Erin, our server was so great! Super bubbly personality, helpful, knowledgeable and very engaging. We will definitely be back!

   I've had better service at gas stations. Could barely get water from the waiter. Not his fault, he should've been trained or just not hired. Forks were dirty, drink order was wrong, food was meh. The prices are too high for low level quality. Also, no soap in the mens' bathroom. At there a LOT of guys working in the kitchen. Makes you wonder... On the plus side, the experience was bad to the point of being funny. We all had a laugh. Fun fact: When you make a reservation online, it asks if you will be celebrating a "special occasion". If you select "yes" and name that special occasion... nothing special will happen.

   The dining room is elegant, bright and sunny. I love it. The food was very good and well priced. I feel the service was a tad bit slow and I had to ask for water. Other than that, we all had a lovely time and plan to come back again soon.

    Beautiful traditionally appointed atmosphere. Quiet. Excellent and tasty food and fun cocktails to try. We were there for brunch. Service was friendly and very good. Service was a tiny bit slow and a few requests had to be made twice, but that was fine with us because we were enjoying the company and the ambience. It seems all restaurants are understaffed these days.

    Extraordinary service. Exquisite food. Good pricing. A little on the loud side, but it's popular, so what can be done? I only wish they would have had sugar-free syrup and/or sugar-free jelly for my friend with diabetes.

    A very nice place for brunch. My only suggestion is to avoid reserving a table less than an hour before closing. The focus then seems more on wrapping things up and this could impact your experience somewhat.

    Gracie's high tea was everything a high tea should be. The tea was very nice and they offered refills. The pastries were excellent and the scones especially were very light. Enjoyed the clotted cream and jam. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back.

    When I made my reservation, I booked it for an afternoon tea, but when we got there, no tea service was available. I don’t know if the website is out of date, but that was a disappointment. The food & service were good overall, just not what I expected.

    Best brunch place around! The lobster Benedict and the crepes are my favorite. They have mimosas with fresh juice choices, great coffee and an old-feel glamour with cozy velvet booths. The added bonus is you can make reservations and not have to wait in the typical 1-2 hour Portland brunch line.

    Gracie’s has rebounded to its wonderful self! We were pleased to bring some first time guests. Our waitress was excellent, even though furiously overbooked. Altogether, a lovely experience.

    I came for brunch with 2 friends and they sat us immediately after we checked in for our reservations. Our waitress was extremely lovely and accommodating. Food was tasty with a wonderful assortment of savory and sweet options as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I would love to come back and experience their high tea next time!

    This was my 3rd visit within a month. Love coming, very calm, genteel and comfortable. I always suggest it for a mid morning breakfast. Only downside.. no fat free milk for my cup of tea or a latte. Sometimes I bring my own in a little container for my tea. Other than that which is a little frustrating for us English everything is wonderful. Thank you, Julie.

    Their food was great in general, although my scrambled eggs were just ok. I definitely recommend getting the potato Anna - it’s delicious! Service and ambiance were great and they have free parking right across the street!

    If it wasn't for the Hostess, Jillian, we would have walked out, since we were waiting for almost 10 minutes before our server approached our table, who proceeded to explain that she was having to placate another unhappy 'regular' customer five feet from our table. Our came out at different times, with me sitting with my food while we waited for the rest of the order to appear. Other servers helped out in getting some items since our server was not available or seen for long periods of time. The noise level is ridiculously overloud, to the point that we could not hear ourselves converse at any time. The food was laughable!! My so called 'oven-roasted turkey' turned out to be slimy, grocery packaged, pressed turkey meat, which made me sick an hour after returning home. We used to be weekly visitors to Gracie's pre-pandemic, but it's quite obvious they should not even have reopened, given the dismal state of our experience. We have no intention of returning!!!!

    This was the most depressing tea service ever. The food was mediocre at best - dry scones, stale bread, tasteless desserts...an uninspired menu overall. The muzak made the ambiance even more depressing. They are so understaffed we couldn't get anyone to answer a call for weeks prior to the reservation. No valet service even though an email came in just a few hours before the reservation reminding me of the free valet service. Not going back. Which is a shame as it used to be a nice experience.
