Food was good but a lot of menu items were not available or described incorrectly on the menu. And all the menus provided were food soiled which wasn’t auspicious. The drinks were creative but not as well mixed as in past visits. Service was ok but had become extremely relaxed vs past visits. Overall ok but not up to past standards or current pricing.

We have dined here several times, and recommended it to friends. Yet when we came this time, there was no one to check us in we stood there, waiting for someone to take us to our table and had to ask what was going on of the bartenders. There were four un cleared tables and very low occupancy seemed like a major service issue so we told them we were not comfortable dining and left

We have dined at Gigi’s many times. We love the ambiance and staff is always attentive . Last night for the 2nd time dining on a Sunday night they were out of all but 1 white wine and 1 red wine. I find it really outrageous that you run out of 99% of your wine list ……

Overall it was a nice experience. Food was good however as we selected what we wanted they were out of everything we ordered. Out of their lobster dish, out of the vegetables, out of what the chicken dish came with, out of the wine (sauv blanc- all of them). Waitstaff was apologetic but it still made it frustrating when trying to order. The ambiance was amazing. Loved the vibe. When we were able to find something on the menu they weren’t out of it was delicious. The burger and pasta dish was really good. The How Cosmo and the old fashioned were made to perfection.

This is a very fun restaurant! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. They had a really fun drink menu and it was fun to see what was going out to all of the tables. Over all a very good experience.

We sat on the patio and had a great view of the mountains, just as it was getting dark. It was beautiful. The service was attentive and fast and the food was delicious!! Our first time there and we will return!

A lot of people working but service was very lacking. They sat us inside of empty restaurants, but right next to where they were polishing silverware and the kitchen door. Every other table was open. Food was expensive for the quality. Sat most of the dinner with empty water glass.

Although GiGi’s had an enjoyable atmosphere, the food was unacceptably bad. Unlike the drinks, the food lacked creativity and overall did not taste well. We had the pigs in a blanket and the onion dip, as well as the pasta for the main course—the appetizers, I would not recommend it at all. The pasta was, at best, average. But we were hungry, and it was late, so we returned one of the appetizers, finished our dinner, and headed home disappointed.

We sat inside. Bathroom door slammed every time someone came out. We were warned but it was too hot to sit outside. It was the only table available inside. My lobster Thermidor pasta was under cooked $45. Cesar salad was delicious. We would only go back for drinks outside when it’s cooler. It looked nice outside.

Celebrated a friends birthday here and they totally enjoyed everything. We started with chicken croquettes, everything salmon & rice and the onion dip. All 3 were delicious. For dinner it was barramundi and chicken with Brussels sprouts. The last time I had the chicken it was as described, truly the leaves which were crispy and flavorful. This time it was whole sprouts which I did not enjoy. Service was friendly if a little slow but it was a busy Saturday and we weren’t in a rush. Gigi’s is a delight, be back soon.

Food was underwhelming and way overpriced for the quality. My group planned on ordering dinner. However we had a bad impression with our apps —- the croquettes and pigs and a blanket were extremely dry and salty. So we ultimately left and ate elsewhere :(

Gigi’s was our first dinner arriving in Palm Springs. The ambience is cute with great decor and music isn’t blasting. We started off with the onion caviar dip- it was delicious! For entree we split the lobster pasta (thankfully split) it was trash! Don’t order it. The service was mediocre. I had a Paloma as my drink, it was mediocre.

Restaurant is dirty...light above the booth dirty inside and cobwebs from the ceiling all the way down the top of the light fixture. Placemat stuck to the table. Drinks menu was dirty and torn. We should have left but foolishly ordered the hors d'oeuvre special platter where we each received one of each item on the hors d'oeuver menu. Salmon one was inedible. We literally had to spit it out. The sauces for each were about the size of a nickel. Then a huge plate of waffle fries came. Reminded us of something you'd get at Costco. I did like my "Girl from Ipanema" cocktail.
