"Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar is a farm to bar top distillery and brewery. We distill, age, blend, and/or infuse all of our spirits in house from scratch. These can be bought by the bottle or you can sit down in our pirate bar to enjoy our spirits in all their glory, mixed with fresh ingredients in a delicious cocktail form. If cocktails aren't for everyone in your group, we also brew all of our own beer and hard seltzer that is available only at our bar."

This is a fabulous space and perfect for anyone looking for a unique experience. The tour was informative and the flight glasses are cute. They do not serve meals so plan to dine elsewhere before or after.

I bring everyone visiting Tampa to this place. It’s a quirky little pirate haven right outside of Ybor City. Perfect way to cap off an introductory lunch or dinner as it’s right behind Columbia.

Went in early last Saturday for a tour and tasting, entire group enjoyed all the rum but the banana bread rum in particular was excellent. Our tour guide was fantastic and knew her stuff.
