Our first-class customer service, comfortable and modern décor create the unrivalled ambiance for the perfect Indian dining experience without being pretentious.
In our 3 masala dishes the sauce was really abundant...the main ingredients shamefully insufficient.
The food consisted of generic bulk produced sauces with quite scary red food colouring . Nothing other than the chapati seemed freshly cooked. The only enjoyable food was the coconut rice and popadoms. The staff were pleasant but difficult to describe this as service . Disappointing .
They accommodated us so well for a birthday dinner in the private room at the back. The food as always was great and authentic coupled with great customer service.
Having been regulars at Ghandis when we used to live round the corner 15 years ago, we returned for a nostalgic dinner. Excellent Indian food (particularly the dhall) and super friendly staff were just as we remembered - the restaurant has been given a brightening up facelift since we were there last which just added to the experience.
Right down the road but don’t think I will be visiting again.
Gandhis in Kennington didn't disappoint. Fabulous food, lovely restaurant, clean facilities. Maybe missing the complimentary Tia Maria with the Bill but overall a great new find and will be returning.
Excellent food as always. Bit noisy that evening as large group in enjoying themselves - how dare they!
Tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, good value.
I use a walking stick and was able to get in and out quite comfortably, but not sure if it would be wheelchair friendly. The food was good and well presented and delivered quickly.
It was an evening out with my son and daughter which was enjoyable and we may well go back again.
Friendly service but food nothing special. Lacked a bit of finesse.
Gandhi's is never a disappointment. One of the best Indian restaurants I know.
