   Heat was broken so restaurant was chilly. Desserts printed on menu were unavailable. The alternatives were nothing special, so we passed. Food was fabulous. Value is excellent.

   The place was dead; they ran out of certain food items. Service was slow- however I will say the waitress was very nice. One dish was very salty. Overall my birthday dinner there was a bust!

   I only completed the box for food is good, because we have been there many times, and enjoyed ourselves. We had a reservation, they sat us over near the bar, and waited and waited and waited. I had to ask The Botanist twice if we could get service. She said they were understaffed, and if they had a large party. It didn’t look very busy to us. I finally asked her for the manager and she said she was it. I said, can you please just get us a couple of drinks and some bread? About 10 minutes later we finally got our drinks. Asked for bread two more times, and then, when she finally came back, we asked for the check, because we had I had enough! She said the drinks were on the house, and yes, they should’ve been. Very, very disappointing.

   Eggplant Parmigiana was inedible. It was a small square with grill marks on top and dark eggplant that seemed like it was made a week ago and just reheated. Chicken Marsala literally made my wife ill. She ate half of it and decided it was meh, but it wasn’t friendly once it got inside her. We would not go back to this restaurant.

   Despite the mixed reviews online we decided to give it a try anyway. The service was terrible, after finally decided what to order the server came back and said this was last weeks specials sorry. We also ordered an "old fashion" drink which was absolutely horrible. Very disappointed so we ended up walking out.

   We had some friends in town and brought them to Gallo Family. The service was friendly and professional, the food was delicious (our friends raved about it), the wine choices were good and the pricetag was reasonable for the meal we had. A lovely evening!

   We very much enjoyed our meal at Gallo. Food was good and the staff were attentive. We will be going back.

   Incredible Food. Great portion sizes, plenty for leftovers. Nice menu choice. Friendly staff. Will be a regular for our family. Highly recommend.

   Service extremely slow. Food not fully cooked. Noisy with party going on. Overall a miserable experience.
