Gabriel's Restaurant features elegant Italian fine dining in the quaint town of Sedalia. Our restaurant is housed in the Victorian Manhart home which was built at the turn of the 1900's and converted into Gabriel's in 1985.
Matthew and Jan, owners, have been serving the greater Denver area for over 20 years. Gabriel's specializes in three-course dining so you won't just get an entree. Your evening will begin with an appetizer, followed by soup or salad, then the entree of your choice. Our pricing ranges from $28 to $51 for all three courses.
The extensive wine list offers a huge variety to compliment any dinner. We are conveniently located between Denver and Colorado Springs, just 20 minutes from the Tech Center and 30 from Denver.
Gabriel's is perfect for all occasions. Indulge yourself and experience the ultimate in elegant fine dining.
Dine on Wednesdays and enjoy 1/2 price on any bottle of wine, including cellar selections.

While we are perfect for a romantic night out Gabriel's also has fantastic accommodations for weddings, either indoors or outdoors in Gabriel's Flower Garden, holiday parties, business functions or just about any special event you have on your calendar.
Our Victorian 1900's home hosts several smaller rooms to suit private dining rooms for 8 to 40, and our larger, beautifully appointed Milano room accommodates up to 100 guests.
We are well known for our service of four course dining to all parties, no matter the size.
The price for the four-course dinner ranges from $35 per person to $65 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
Gabriel's takes great pride in the impeccable service we give to all our guests and to the large parties hosted.

Parking details
There is a very large private paved parking lot, handicap accessible, at the southeast entrance of the restaurant, accessible via Plum Avenue.
You may pull into the round-about to drop off guests and there will be no stairs into the restaurant from that point.
Handicap parking is at the southeast side of Gabriel's, by the round-about.
We also have street parking out front and on the side of Gabriel's.
From the street side there are stairs into the restaurant.

This is our favorite restaurant. We have been dining at Gabriel's since 2005. The service is always excellent. We always have a great time and enjoy the wonderful menu.

This was our first visit to Gabriel's, we chose this location for our 13th anniversary dinner and it couldn't have been better! The service was excellent, the wait staff very attentive and helpful, and the food was superb! (I am a bit of a gourmet, and have managed restaurants in the past - I was pleased that I did not have to season the dishes, they were prepared to perfection.) The wait staff's recommendations were spot on, and they even presented my wife with a long stemmed rose after our meal in honor of our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Gabriel's is a wonderful place. The service from the moment you enter the restaurant is top notch; you are greeted with friendly faces that offer to take your coat and walk you to your table. The dining room is beautiful and the noise level is just enough that it isn't awkward but still calm and quiet enough to have conversation. Excellent service by the wait staff. The food is phenomenal. Wine selection was huge, and all price ranges available in all different types of wine. Had the lobster ravioli, caeser salad, and veal saltimbocca. All items perfectly prepared. Turtle cheesecake for desert with coffee was perfect way to end the night. It is a perfect place for a special occasion, can't speak highly enough and look forward to going back.

We have been dining here for 23 years and always have a great experience. Love to visit at least twice a year as we live 60 miles away. We've bought gift certificates here for others and they enjoy Gabriel's just as much.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL ! ! Our dinner at Gabriel's was a joy. This is Fine Dining at it's very best . Go with someone you love , friends or someone you want to know better . Prepare for a night of conversation and fantastic food. Gabriel's offers a Classic European take on dining and service. THE FOOD was magnificent . I cleared every bit of everything presented . It was a lovely 3 Course Experience . My Filet Oscar was hands down the finest cut of beef I have ever had. buttery , cooked to perfection....... Everybody at this beautiful old mansion is clearly very proud of , and well trained in what they do. Our Waitress Vera shows what a true Professional Waiter is capable of. She is an Artist and a Master of her craft. the meal was perfectly timed and presented , Vera was always a step ahead of us ..... firing each course off at exactly the right time. She is personable and engaging and full of very useful knowledge and suggestions in regards to the menu and our needs. The Pinot Noir Vera suggested was the perfect pairing with our filets. Thank You Gabriel's for a fantastic night .

The ambiance and service was outstanding. The flavors and quality of the food was superb. They had a special Valentine's Day Menu and the Kale and Strawberry salad was wonderful. My only comment was they had a too many seafood options for my taste, both appetizer selections were seafood and it would have been nice for a different option. But the Lobster ravioli was delicious. It was a wonderful Valentine's Date. Excited to visit again.

We sat in the upstairs alcove, we have previously been in the same spot on the lower level. We wanted quiet conversation. There are so few places these days for this. Too bad Augustine Grille closed. Gabriel's is one of our special occasions places. The heat was lovely upstairs as it was snowing outside. Our server might have been new, but was very pleasant. He was able to get some changes to my meal, and not have as much gluten. I had the pistachio encrusted lamb with Gorgonzola cream. The pistachios didn't stick without the breading, but still good. There was to be a potato rosette, but I received mashed potatoes. The harricot verts were perfect. Lovely kale strawberry salad, and the smoked salmon app was delicious. The provided cucumber slices in place of crackers for me. This was near Valentine's, so I was gifted a beautiful red rose. Delightful evening.

3 of our 4 dinners dinners was splendid. Unfortunately, my wife's New York strip (which was the special that night) was uncuttable and unchewable. We told Ray, our server, and he was extremely nice about asking if she wanted anything else. I asked what would be the fastest so that she could eat with the rest of us. We opted for the veal and even though they prepared it as fast as they could, we were done with our meals by the time it arrived. So my wife took it home.

We will definitely come back and try again, but I thought you should know.

Nice place to take your girl, especially if you get to leave the kids at home. Steak was a little undercooked but better than the Chart House in Genesee.

We had very good service on Valentine's evening. The food was awesome. I would recommend this restaurant for fine dining. It is one of my favorite restaurants.

Absolutely delightful. The lobster ravioli and the salmon pate starters were so good that we could have dined in that alone. The strawberry kale salad exploded with flavor, I wish I knew how to make that dressing. And the halibut and risotto, as well as the chicken parmigiana were not only great but enough to satisfy my appetite, which coming from an Italian family is quite large. Service was very attentive and professional, quality wine list. We will definitely go again. Oh, and the creme brulee was on point.
