Gabriel's at the Old House & Gabriel's Bistro Patio - Bar is located in the town of Sedalia north of Castle Pines Village. Gabriel's features Italian, European and American dishes from both an a la carte menu served in our Bar and Patio areas as well as our 3-course, dining experience served in The Old House. Our restaurant is housed in the historic, Victorian Manhart home built in the 1890's. The home was converted into Gabriel's in 1986 with the Bistro Patio-Bar and gardens added in the early 1990s. Prices per person average $35 to $55 per person on the Bistro/Patio side and The Old House's multi-course, dining typically starts at $50 per person. Gabriel's extensive wine list and premium back bar offers a huge variety to compliment any dinner. Gabriel's is perfect for all occasions. Indulge yourself and experience the ultimate in elegant fine dining. We are conveniently located between Denver and Castle Rock, just 20 minutes from the Tech Center and 30 minutes from Denver.

While we are perfect for a romantic night out Gabriel's also has fantastic accommodations for weddings, holiday parties, business functions or any special event. Our Victorian 1890's home hosts several smaller rooms to suit private dining rooms for 8 to 25, and our larger, beautifully appointed Milano room accommodates up to 75 guests.

There is a very large private paved parking lot, handicap accessible, at the southeast entrance of the restaurant, accessible via Plum Avenue. Pull into the round-about and there are no stairs into the restaurant. Handicap parking is at the southeast side of Gabriel's, by the round-about. There is also street parking out front and on the side.

This was our 3rd time at Gabriel's. Clearly one of the best restaurants in the Castle Rock area. The food, ambience, etc. is all top notch and I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, a great meal out or even for the bistro with live music!

Gabriels is our "go to" place for our anniversary and our birthday celebration. The Veal Saltimbocca is our entree of choice nearly every time. There is outdoor seating in summer months, but we prefer the "old house" which has an interesting history. Service there is the best!! Parking is easy and convenient.
