Fruition Restaurant is a small, intimate neighborhood restaurant. We are located in central Denver's historic district. We serve chef Alex Seidel's interpretation of sophisticated comfort food paired with an eclectic wine list and impeccable service. Our menu and wine list will change seasonally throughout the year.

Exceptional food and service, every time! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure I could eat mostly anything on the menu. Couldn't recommend Fruition more for anyone looking to have an elevated dining experience.

Tonight was perfect. Seeing Tara at the door, and sitting at our special table in the window was a beautiful start to our evening. The Chefs are extremely talented, as every dish came out, superbly prepared, flavors were elegant, on our whole experience. Truly wonderful. Thank you for a fabulous evening.

This restaurant is an exceptional dining experience. Often, elite dining experiences can feel manufactured by the service staff and come across as fake or disingenuous. Our server Shawn was 100% real and authentic! He totally enhanced the experience. Tim, the beverage director, was so pleasant and the wine pairing was top notch. Finally, the food… OMG the food. The current chef is producing exquisite, beautiful, elegant food. I cant recommend Fruition highly enough and I can’t wait to go back.

Sean, our server, was fantastic, the whole staff was. This was our first time at Fruition and it did not disappoint. Fruition lived up to the hype, and I hope to dine their again, SOON! Best food in Denver hands down.

Have not been to fruition in several years and won’t rush back. The service is friendly and impeccable, and the space is welcoming, however the food disappointed. My risotto had a somewhat gritty texture, and his lamb shank was overly seasoned. Maybe just an off night…

Amazing dinner but we went with the chefs tasting and wine pairing. The first two dishes were paired with a cider? For the cost of the pairing, I was really disappointed and for two of the dishes. It really felt like a way to save money. Would defiantly make me reconsider going back.

This is and has been one of the best restaurants in Denver. The food is outstanding and the service is attentive without being intrusive. It is the ideal place for a special occasion. I can't say enough good things about Fruition.

The food was excellent, though two of us did not care for the duck breast main. The wait staff was very attentive. The temperature was too low at our table, but probably only because the weather was ridiculously cold .

Dinner was delicious and our server Emily was awesome. She turned us on to a wonderful 2018 Andrew Will Cab Franc. I highly recommend it. The Honey Crisp Salad was to die for! We ate so many different things I don't even know where to start....but the highlights were the Squash Risotto and the Roasted Scallops. So delicious. Always save room for the Lemon Meringue Pie ~ OMG!! Yummy!! Fruition you never disappoint :o)

Stellar service was a highlight—professional but still friendly, efficient but never hurried. In general, the food was delicious, creative, and beautifully presented. The mushroom appetizer was outstanding, and the latke a great spin on a traditional dish. We were a bit disappointed in the squash risotto. It was creamy and tasty, but did not taste at all of squash. More like great mac and cheese. While food and service were top quality, and quality is never cheap, the prices do seem high for the amount of food served. A fine special occasion restaurant.

We opted to go with the Cru tasting, which features dishes not on the regular a la carte menu, and everything was phenomenal! The service was top-notch and friendly, cocktails were delicious, and we had an amazing experience!

This was our 1st time going to this restaurant. We needed to find something close to a music venue we were going to that night. What a great experience! From the service to the ambiance to incredible food. We will definitely be back.
