Premier Steakhouse located in the heart of Downtown Salem! All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef broiled with intense heat, seasoned with kosher salt, cracked pepper, and finished with clarified butter. A variety of seafood appetizers and entrees, family style sides, and our signature pineapple martini. Make sure to start with one of our delicious salads and finish with our famous bread pudding for dessert. Everything is made from scratch in house by our Executive Chef. Large bar and lounge area, main dining room, and 2 private event spaces.

The food was delicious….but the wait was reallllly long. It was family weekend at the local college but the wait to get our food was probably an hour and a half and by that point we were not really very hungry any more (too late). I would have been nice for the manager to offer another appetizer or drink as a courtesy for the long wait. Very nice wait staff and lovely ambience.

Had dinner in the bar area then went to the outdoor seating for a night cap. Great end to a wonderful date night.

The food at Frankie’s is always exceptional. The service was very good, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. We do not ordinarily go on a Friday night, so volume of people and noise was much higher, but the acoustics of the restaurant helps manage it and it’s not intrusive. It is our favorite Toanoke Valley restaurant.

Jack, or waiter, was extremely friendly and a terrific waiter. Took his recommendation and had an absolute wonderful meal!

Service and ambiance were excellent. The quality of the steaks was excellent but all three were overly salted. Sides of potatoes, spinach were excellent.

We’ve always loved Frankie’s, but were underwhelmed by the service and quality of food at the Salem location. Steak ordered medium rare was charred to the point of being inedible and had to ask for a steak knife to cut the meat. The table bread wasn’t fresh and filled with crust only. Too bad, great venue and drinks.

Food and Service was Amazing. Our server Sam was very professional and polite. They made us feel welcome as we celebrated my mom's Birthday. Wasn't a fan of the Pineapple Martini.

Frankie’s is always the go to for any special occasions with the wife or family. The food is always amazing and you get a great atmosphere to enjoy time with your loved ones. The service is always an A+.
