The meal and staff were great. Appetizer, Entrees and drinks were great. Tried the bread pudding and that was a miss. It was too soft and sweet for my liking. Overall it was a great meal and we’d certainly go back.

Tracy L made sure everything was perfect from never letting drinks (water or otherwise) get empty, to making sure food was safe for allergies. We forgot our leftovers and she even brought them to the house at the end of her shift. Over and above service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be back and requesting her again as well.

The food and wait staff were wonderful...a real "dining experience". I love raw oysters, but I prefer they be very cold...even though they were served on ice, the oysters were not especially cold. Everything else we had was exceptional. What a wonderful staff. We would definitely go again.

So sad. We have loved Frankie’s for years and adopted the Salem one as a new favorite but the last couple times we have been have been such a let down. Sides were way over cooked, one inedible. Steak was fine. Fine is just not okay for what their prices are. Hoping they make it back to the top of our list at some point!

Visited the restaurant to compare it to the one downtown. Found both very similar. Service and atmosphere were outstanding and the food was very good. Restaurant has always been a little pricey but for a nice evening out it's worth the expense. My wife and I will return.

We went on a Monday so it wasn’t crowded or really busy. Parking is great at this location as opposed to the Roanoke location. Our server, Tracy was wonderful! She was friendly, professional and attentive. The food was delicious but I do think it’s somewhat overpriced. We will be going back. We usually go to Frankie Rowland’s for special occasions.

It’s quite pricey. That would be okay for special occasions if the quality and prep was better. My husband got the 10 oz filet, medium rare. It was good, but similar to Prime filet from Sam’s. His risotto was gloppy on the outside and crunchy on the inside. I had Sea Bass. I wanted it well-done (not transparent) and it was not. It was actually two thin fillets, rather than one regular fillet. And it was swimming in sauce. I love butter, but that was too much. My beef steak tomato, blue cheese, spinach salad would have been better if the tomatoes hadn’t been refrigerated - they had less flavor than same tomatoes I get from BJ’s. Their signature pineapple martinis were great! I was expecting too sweet, but they were tasty and dry. The service was excellent, but for us introverts, a little over the top. Our visit was on a Tuesday night. Maybe food is better prepared later in the week? With our 2 martinis, 1 glass of wine, and a mixed drink, the bill came to $260, including tip. We won’t be going back. We miss The Blue Apron and Carlos Brazilian.

All I can say is that everything was exquisite . My server Tracy and the Bus help were excellent. They made my dinning pleasure all the more enjoyable. The Oysters and Lamb Chops were just as I prefer. I look forward to going bring my wife when she comes town. I can't say enough about last night and Frankie's . This by far now is my favorite Steak House. Thank you for the experience.

First visit! Very slow service. 50 minutes to get a well done filet that was supposed to be medium. Not sure what the “stalk” was in the creamed spinach. Food was Outback Steakhouse quality at more than twice the price. The other perfectly cooked fillet was OK. Manager Nick Davis gave us a $75 gift certificate so we would give them a second chance. Not going to happen.

We have been to Frankie's many times and we were somewhat disappointed last night. It was our anniversary. It took a long time for anyone to ask if we wanted a drink, and I noticed that another couple who came in after us was attended to before we were. The waitress did not ask my husband how he wanted his steak cooked and it came out very rare (he likes it well done). He sent it back to be cooked more and it was still too rare, but he didn't want to ask again. Overall it was not their best night for service or food. Quite expensive for a disappointing night, and not up to Frankie's usually excellent service. Hoping they just had an "off" night.

We were a party of three women. We skipped the appetizers, went right to the main course. I had the crab cakes, which were very good. My friends had the salmon and the petite fillet, also very good. Sides were mashed potatoes and asparagus. Caprese salad, yummy! Everything very good. To be honest, the bread served was a disappointment after how great everything else was. Creme Brulee for dessert, which was great. The ambiance was very nice, it was relatively quiet in the restaurant. Our server, whose name escapes me, was a very attentive, professional, and personable young man, college student. I have eaten at Frankie Rowland's on two other occasions, it has never disappointed. It is a splurge to go there, perfect for a special occasion or just when you want to treat yourself to something special.

Service overall was poor. We waited for our scallop appetizers forever and when we asked about it, the server oddly said they were in my side salad!!!! Then he said the kitchen was backed up. We finally got them and just decided to leave without ordering our entree. The last two times we went were excellent.

The food was decent and the service fair. Our primary service was nice but I think there was too much sipport help Involved, Example : I ordered a glass of Malbec wine to be bought with my steak but I had to stop eating when I was half done and remind my waitress that I had ordered one from a different Denver who was also covering our table. WE have been to the Roanoke location in the past and found it much better in all aspects

Overall, the food here was very delicious. Unfortunately the overall experience was NOT great due to one small, very fixable problem. The restroom OR the hotel did not have a baby changing station!! This is mind-blowing to me, and borderline illegal. We were in town for a funeral and decided to go for a nice dinner to celebrate the life of our loved one. I brought my 8 month old daughter with us. When I went to change her, there was absolutely no where for me to change her. The employees had no idea what to do about the problem either and were not very empathetic about the problem. I insisted on being bright up to a room to change my daughter in privacy, which I have every right to do. This really put a damper on our whole experience, as this is NOT something a new mother should have to fight for, it should be provided, no question. The most frustrating part was that there was a handicap stall in the restroom that had plenty of space for a baby changing station.

This restaurant is incredible! I would say it rivals any of the top restaurants in major cities across the US. The bar is outstanding, the service, impeccable, and the food is delicious. The only thing that could’ve made this experience any better would have been if it were provided for free. I highly recommend a visit to Frankie Rowland’s in Salem
