Premier Steakhouse located in the heart of Downtown Salem! All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef broiled with intense heat, seasoned with kosher salt, cracked pepper, and finished with clarified butter. A variety of seafood appetizers and entrees, family style sides, and our signature pineapple martini. Make sure to start with one of our delicious salads and finish with our famous bread pudding for dessert. Everything is made from scratch in house by our Executive Chef. Large bar and lounge area, main dining room, and 2 private event spaces.

Great steak and chicken. Cant go wrong with the onion ring side. Drinks were delicious, as always. Service was top notch and staff are always nice and dependable. Great experience every time!

Best meal I had in Salem! Found this searching online for a nice place for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Frankie Rowland’s will definitely be a staple for me when I’m here.

The food is very good, drinks are great as well. We waited a long time for our entrees. They were barely warm when we got them. Poor service by the service help.

Excellent service - Steak was over cooked for mid rare but flavor was good so we didn’t send it back - seafood trio was excellent as well as the pineapple Martini and Jolly rancher martini - crème brûlée was good - not great. Dirty Banana Martini for dessert was excellent. Sides were very good as well. Creamed spinach spot on - Brussels sprouts excellent. Stuffed mushroom appetizer was also excellent.

Service was excellent. Steak had great flavor but was a little on the chewy side. Lobster tails could have had a firmer texture.
