Absolutely loved our evening at dueling pianos. And the entertainment was excellent and so much fun. I would not tip on the open table app because honestly, I’m not sure who got the tip if anybody did. Nobody at the restaurant seemed to know where it was going, so I would not do that in the future. Lesson learned. The lime pie from the pie queens was delicious. However it was super tiny and not sure it was worth $25 so I definitely would not do that again. However, it was very very good. I would just go with the desserts from dueling pianos instead. Jasmine was our server and she was amazing. Macy was I guess the host for the entertainment and she was amazing. Overall it was a very good experience.

Don’t waist your time with a reservation I arrived 10 minutes before and the you’re women working the door tells me how my “reservation” just gets me in the door. Every seat was full and once I tell her this I’m told I can stand. The staff could barely walk around as is. If this is a scam just to make more at the door find another app. Not one called Open Table. Me and my husband left without even having a drink. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Hi! We are sorry for any confusion. When getting tickets it does state that GA is $10 and seats are first-come-first-serve for this type of ticket. These are not the preferred tickets, but more overflow or if you want to come for a quick drink or have a very small party. Our Premium floor seating ($25-30 per person) states that you are guaranteed seating since our venue is split into a bar area (GA) with limited tables and our main premium seating area. The money from the tickets goes directly to our musicians! I'm sorry you had a bad experience and that our ticket options weren't made more clear. We are set up a bit differently than other venues because not only do we offer tickets and entertainment, but we have a bar and kitchen as well!

Atmosphere was really fun. Great talented artists. Did a package with a drink flight, appetizers and desserts. After we got our drink flights we were hardly attended to again and never received any food.
