New restaurant pains - some struggles with service/waiting for desserts/waiting for drinks/waiting for the cut of meat we asked for 4xs…. but they just opened so they still need to find their footing. Manager was amazing - came by and asked what we thought…. The salad bar is AMAZING! Better than Chama! We will 10000% give them another chance!

Came in with high expectations because of how beautiful this place is. Our server was great at explaining the menu. The salad bar was lacking options compared to other Brazilian steak houses. The meat options were very few. We were mostly offered Picanah. Meats lacked salt or even flavor. Meats were either very over cooked or very undercooked. I asked for medium/medium rare. One of the times I was given a piece of cold uncooked ribeye. The manager was very apologetic for that and we were given a free drink because of it. Over all, very disappointed with the experience. I appreciated the manager’s apology but for a restaurant of this caliber and for the price we paid, it is not what we expected.

Our recent visit to Fogo de Chão started off a bit rocky. The initial service was slow, and we felt a bit overlooked despite the restaurant not being overly busy. It was disappointing at first, especially given the reputation of the place. However, things turned around completely once our server was switched to Jose. From the moment he stepped in, the experience improved dramatically. Jose was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. His timing was spot on, and he truly elevated our dining experience. Thanks to Jose, what started as a frustrating evening ended up being a memorable and enjoyable one. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for him—he made all the difference.

Fogo de Chao North is a very nice place to gather. My son came in from New Mexico to visit, and I knew we had to go there as a family. My daughter and I had been there the second week of opening, and it was amazing. The service, food, ambiance and courteous wait staff. We love it!

I tried different Brazilian steakhouses because I definitely enjoy the concept. I just didn’t like being close to the walking outdoor and I can hear the conversations of the waiters and who is doing what or waiting on things. I had to ask couple of times for straws and ice And at one point one waiter just told me oh someone else is getting that which is fine but when you work as a team effort, someone find me a straw. I shouldn’t have to wait for the person who normally gets it. If you’re available just standing there. The manager did try to make it better and again the food was delicious. Maybe it was just my particular server in my area and the place that we sat.

It’s a very new restaurant so the serves and management team are working out their kinks. However they were all very nice and food was very good!!

Terrible & disappointing Father’s Day experience! Never again! 1) waiter introduced himself and we never saw him again. 2) limited selection on meats at 1130 am. 3) the meats that we did get were very tough - not tender at all. 4) manager offered to get fillet minion - 45 minutes later- she never came back with it. 5) mimosa was placed on our table and then informed that it it wasn’t complementary and that it would be added to our bill without us requesting it. I gave it back. 6) bananas looked like they were 2 week old bananas with butter- no texture and totally overcooked- they looked gross. 7) mashed potatoes were over saturated with butter- it was overflowing. 8) most meats had no flavor to them - so bland! 9) was never offered desert or coffee- so we just asked for the bill. 10) They had no clue of what was going on at each table because waiter never came back. 11) protein servers sporadically walked around to offer meats but there was no consistency in flow of servers to each table. 12) We had protein servers at our table about every 4-5 minutes. 13) we were in and out of there in less than an hour! We usually stay at a Brazilian restaurant for one and a half to two hours. 14) the music was blasting- we could barely hear each other’s conversation. 15) pre-made breakfast item containers were about empty, cold, and shriveled. Pros: 1) new restaurant. 2) modern decor. 3) Brazilian lemonade was good. 4) booth pillows are comfortable.
