They didn’t honor reservations, and sat parties based on first come first serve. Our server took our drink order, never took our food order, and just automatically gave us one of the popular experiences. Our server never came back at all to refill drinks, check on us, or even provide us the bill at the end. We did not get to try all of the meats as our table was usually skipped even though we had our green markers visually available. We had to ask someone else to bring our bill, and that person made big errors on the bill by adding 100% gratuity to my portion of the bill. I had to ask for it to be fixed. We sat around for a minimum of 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come back to our table. I understand it was a holiday, but it seemed very mismanaged and we left very disappointed. It was our first time there, and it will also be our last.

The Full Churasco is a perfect way to experience dining here. Delicious salads, fresh fruit, open charcuterie, soups and stews are the perfect compliment to amazing table-side cuts of mouthwatering carved meats. The lamb was seasoned deliciously. It was a little chaotic with short staff and some management were short with their words, but we didn’t let it get n the way of great family time and a good meal.

I made a reservation and you still get put on the waiting list to get seated. Roughly waited 15 minutes and had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come by the time you’re eating you’re already more than 30 minutes in completely overpriced they fill you with the Bad cuts of meat first not worth the $75 all you can eat experience.

This was a wonderful food experience, but since we are not "Foodies" the expense was not worth it. Open table posts 2 dollar signs for cost and it really should have 5. Who the heck thought it was just 2?

They didn’t serve the premium meat until the end! We paid too much for more sirloin, chicken, or sausage. We only got offer once of the rib eye & gave us a small piece. The fillet came super late you so only 1 member out of 6 from our party got a small piece of filet mignon. Waited too long waiting for the check. I was disappointed.

Made reservation for 7:15pm. Checked in 10 mins before our reservation time and only got to our table at 7:45 pm. We had 5 of us and table was too small for 5. I wish the host looked at the reservation and do seating properly. We saw big tables with only 2 people :-(

The food was phenomenal. I know this is a chain but the quality was superb. My husband had the full churrasco and I had the Salmon. The salad bar was clean and appetizing. We loved all of the offerings. I tried the tomato bisque and it was tasty, the potato salad and the star was the artichoke hearts. I felt like that’s what artichokes should taste like. My husband enjoyed his cuts of meat. His favorites were the Parmesan pork and the bacon wrapped chickens. My one complain was how close we were to other tables, but given the limited space I don’t think that can be helped. I loved Fogo and I can’t wait to try it again.

Meat is a little slow to come around. Portions not huge considering the price. Very tasty though.

The food and ambiance were amazing as expected. The service could be better. I get that it’s busy, but a long wait for a burger from the bar menu and simple drink refills is not acceptable. The 18% gratuity for a large group should at minimum keep the drinks topped off.
