   The food was good but took a long time to get served, maybe because we were sat in the corner, we had to ask if they would come by with the steak instead of them just coming by. We had to request specific cuts because they kept bringing the same things around over and over after we just had it. Was kind of annoying to have to ask every time. For $70 dollars a person we expected more from a service standpoint. We have been to another location at the Irvine Spectrum and feel like the service was a little better.

   First- Open table states that Fogo de Chao is $$ 30 and under. You can imagine the surprise when the menu starts at $72. After asking, there was just the buffet for $38 which did not include any of the specialty-meat! The buffet was good. Second- With the open concept, the noise level was very high. There were just 3 of us and we could hardly have a conversation. As a positive, the staff was excellent. We had reservations and were seated accordingly.

   Horrible experience. Never going again. They put us in the back table and barely brought us meat. We told the waiter many times. They barely served us. Worst service ever.

   Services was terrible. It takes forever just to bring your your proper sides for the all you can eat experience. Then it take 30 min for drink refills and to charge our bill. Just a bunch of frat guys first jobs with no service experience.

   The meat selections did not come around until we requested.. other than that everything was good

    They sat us all the way in the back and we got no water refill. Don’t let them sit you at the corners. They don’t pay attention but food was good
