   This is my favorite restaurant. The food is terrific and you cannot ask for better value. I suggest everyone start with the meat and then go to the salad bar so you can take full advantage of the great selection of meats Fogo de Chao has.

   The truth is that the food is super delicious. I have no problem with it. The service is excellent. My displeasure is that when reserving a table there is a box to request something specific and I have asked twice and unfortunately none of them have ever been achieved. I received a response as to why my application was not accepted and I have booked several times .

   The food is fantastic! The quality is always great and the presentation is beautiful. The daytime manager is always so helpful and accommodating. We love to bring visiting friends and family for lunch.

   Amazing food and ambience, however, the experience was totally ruined by the non existent service. Specifically talking about our server. We were a party of 3, I don’t eat meat so I told her o won’t be getting the Churrasco experience and will get an a la carte entree. The sever never came back to take my order I ended up getting the salad bar. An hour and a half later I asked for the dessert menu the server disappeared and never came back we had to get it from the another server. I would have complained to the manager but unfortunately we were on tight time frame as we were attending a concert that we have already been running late to due to the the very poor service at the restaurant. This experience was off putting, despite the delicious food and great atmosphere of the restaurant. I hope management takes time to read this review and address it appropriately.

   I have dined at FDC many times over the years and had always held it in high regard. It was Mother's Day and our son graduated from medical school so it was a truly memorable occasion we wanted to celebrate accordingly; we expected FDC to be a great experience and it was the new Doctor's choice. Upon arrival at FDC, tables were crowded together and it was difficult to walk anywhere in the restaurant and on top of that, we found our table half set. After asking for silverware and napkins I had to find it myself after our waiter disappeared for 15 minutes. Overall service was terrible (probably understaffed), our drink orders took 15 minutes and one was completely forgotten, food was not served quickly or consistently and our requests for specific items were never delivered. After a short time food was no longer being served to us as if they wanted us to leave for the next party. It appears FDC tried to capitalize on Mother's Day and it was a terrible experience; we spent $1500 and it was a complete disappointment. I still left a generous tip because I felt bad for the servers.

    Mother’s Day was crazy busy for lunch and for our first time there we had a great time! Market table was ok but the meat being walked around was excellent. The shrimp cocktail was expensive but worth it. Strawberry hibiscus Cachaça was wonderful!

    Arrived with one extra on our reservation and were accommodated with little delay. We did have one elderly individual and Nikki was very helpful in stowing his walker. Our servers, Ash and Alexia were among some of more attentive servers I’ve encountered. The hot sides kept coming and I don’t recall having to ask for a refill on anything. Ever! Great experience all around! -Do get a Caipirinha!!

    Enjoyed the evening there. Server and staff were wonderful. We will be back. Definitely a unique dining experience. It is a bit crowded at this location which is a detraction.

    The title of the event read wagyu and wine. We did try three good wines but, most of the food were appetizers and the meat was really scarce and not that good. Portions of the meat were about the size of the end of a fork. Really disappointed about that. Appetizers were pretty good yet, that was not what we came for.

    The waygu was great. The portions were horrible and overpriced. The presentation wasn’t even mediocre. Thumbs down. I wouldn’t do it again.

    Attended the Wagyu and Wine tasting. The bar bites were delicious and filling, the wine very flavorful and my first time tasting Wagyu was incredible. If you get a chance I recommend it, and the chefs here cooked it to perfection!

    Not as good as usual. We enjoy going to their special events and had looked forward to this Wine & Wagyu night. It started with their delicious appetizers and wine pourings. No complaints there. The main course is where the problems started. They decided to serve their steaks by cutting off small pieces and searing them on a hot slab of sea salt. The idea sounded great but the logistics of this process didn't work for the size room they had. We ended up waiting near an hour in between the apps and the steak since they couldn't serve enough people with their undersized stations. It seems perhaps they cut some corners to try and catch up since when it got to be our turn, the steak were very mildly seasoned and honestly rather bland. I'll gladly try them again but this event flopped.

    Great food & variety, however service was definitely lacking for lunch compared to a few weeks ago when we were there for dinner. It took over an hour before we saw someone come over with the grilled pineapple and cheese w/honey. We had even requested it a few times throughout the time we were there.

    Bad sunday for dining out. Normally exceptional service but today it was bad. They completely forgot an order until we reminded them. The salmon came out cold as it had been waiting in the kitchen for the pickup. The beef rib that we requested came out burnt. Other meat requests came unheeded. Not sure what happened with their service.

    Used to be great, now average. Way too many tables are packed into the restaurant. So close that you cannot get out from your own table. A lot of people means a lot of time waiting for meats to come around. Not worth it just for them to turn a few extra bucks.

    Our dining experience was a treat for the eyes, nose and taste!! Our server Brandy had excellent suggestions for making our dinner unforgettable. The Wagu beef served on a 500 degree salt block was beyond delicious. Worth the extra cost for sure. All the different meats were done to perfection. I especially enjoyed the big selection at the market table. Fogo is a must try.

    I have been going to this restaurant since before it was in Minneapolis, usually 2 to 3 times a yr. The food overall is still really good. The downfall seems to be that there is less gauchos walking around with skewers of meat. We went at what we thought was a prime time of 12:30 on a weekend. But the number of gauchos seemed less . This seems to be a reoccurring trend, so not sure if lack of employees or on purpose. Also the service at the start of dinner seemed to be lacking. The server did not comeback to refill our drinks/water. We had to ask a passing server to refill. We also needed to go get or own plates for meat. A different server took over and after that everything went smoothly. I know they work in a team environment, but the service seemed to be a little more lacking this time, and seems to slightly decline the last few times I have went. I wish I would of gotten the name of the last server as she was excellent. Also wanted to provide a great side note. The grilled white cheddar with honey was awesome!!! Would recommend you keep this menu indefinitely!!!

    I haven’t been to Fogo since Covid. My family and I decided to have a lunch celebration here and the service was terrible. We had premium meats, but no premium meats came by. We had to call a different server to ask, he was very helpful since ours never came back. Sides never came out unless asked. The hostesses were busy on their phone or no where to be seen. As we were leaving, there were people waiting to be seated. After 10 mins, one hostess came back and we asked for mints (empty mint bowl) and she acted like it was an inconvenience stating “Umm ok well it’ll be awhile”. We left and will not be returning. This place has gone downhill especially with service.

    We frequent Fogo on a regular basis, and this experience was the worst by far. The service was not up to our normal standards. It was almost impossible to get someone to fill or drinks, we had to ask for certain items 2-3 ties before they where brought to the table. It was a discouraging and disappointing experience

    This place is never a letdown. The service is always spectacular. The food is always on point. Overall, it’s always a top notch experience. Do the weekend brunch, it’s so awesome! We intend on trying the $9 burger at the bar sometime.

    For it to be an all you can eat steakhouse, they only brought 3-4 different meats for us to try. And then in the month of Ramadan while my Muslim friend is sitting saddened at the lack of options we received, they brought bacon right in her face. Horrible experience and we won’t be going back

    We went for Easter Brunch - we noticed on the website prices for the various options and the server didnt even know about that - its like he was forcing us to do the experience only. We had a party of 6 (2 teens) and only 1 person did the experience. Our table was positioned right next to the salad bar, constant line of people right behind me, the server did not offer the omlet or waffles, we had to ask and it took a long time. Meat servers did not come to our table as it was constantly surrounded by the line of people. Place was very loud, prepared food came out luke warm. No bread was given to our table. Just felt like cattle being herded and it was expensive. Will not go back during a holiday.

    The place was packed. Tables added to accommodate more customers, however, aisles were blocked. People passing behind you constantly bumping your chair to get by. Servers were stretched thin and were hard to get service. Provided a lesser standard of service and raised the price to the maximum amount. Not sure if this is now their norm.

    I don’t know if it’s because it was Easter weekend but we didn’t get the meat that is normally served. No filet mignon, sausages, ribs, among others. For $62/ person it was really disappointing this time around. We were forgotten about until we mentioned to a server we’re ready for some meat. We literally sat for 20 mins without drinks.

    We were celebrating our birthdays and hadn’t been to a Brazilian steakhouse since moving to MN in August. Loved the size, didn’t feel super cramped which i appreciate. Everyone was really attentive, nice, very good and the food was fantastic! Truly one of the best salad bars I’ve seen in a while as well quality food and freshness 🫶🏼 it was a great experience thank you for helping us celebrate 🎉
