Amazing experience and everybody working was great to us
Words can’t express how good the food was I just know that I will be back for more waygu and salad bar
We were super excited that restaurants were open so we decided that we’re going to go try out Fargo. Sad to see that they didn’t have that much selection of meat coming around we are basically waiting....
Susie, we're sorry to hear we kept you waiting for your desired cuts. Thank you for your feedback, as our team will be sure to address this.
Very crowded for a Tuesday lunch. A LOT of people (patrons and employees) walking in every direction.
Tried Fogo de Chao for the first time and was amazed at all the food choices available and the guys coming by with so many different meats that all tasted so delicious and tender! I never experienced this type of service before and felt like I was treated like a VIP. The food just kept on coming and coming. If you want to impress your dinner companion, this is definitely the place to do it!
Thank you so much! We're thrilled to learn your meal was so great, and that the Minneapolis team was able to be so helpful. We look forward to serving you again!
Had an awesome time on a busy Saturday night. All the meat was cooked to your perfection.
Great experience. Choice cuts were delicious, and the service was fantastic.
The signature flan 🍮 left me somewhat disappointed.
We arrived to find they were not practicing social distancing had filled the room with extra tables people were not masked and touching the salad bar independently. When I brought it up to management I was told “they are shutting us down anyways. Are you a health inspector?” I was then allowed by management to be threatened with violence by another customer. This place has had two outbreaks that started here. Avoid at all costs. Deeply disappointed by this place
Your safety during this time is our priority, so it's troubling to hear this. We can assure you, we follow mandated protocols, so when you are willing, please give us another chance.
Very nice, food is amazing! Great dessert, will recommend to a friend.
Totally disappointed. We got seated in a corner and were pretty much forgotten. We had to flag down a server multiple times to ask for specific kinds of meat and for bread. Finally got bread after having to argue with the server who said they didn’t have any because it was baking, which wasn’t true - two tables down had fresh bread delivered. We never got the kinds of meat we requested.
We’ve received better service at Burger King.
Total rip off for 60 dollars a plate.
Jason, we apologize for not serving you the cuts you craved, as we should always serve you your choices. When you are ready and willing, please visit us again, as we are sure we can earn your complete satisfaction.
Was given a free dessert for our anniversary
Reza is amazing. I would eat here everyday if I could afford it.
Our first time, not given many instructions on what to do. Or what to order. Felt like there was not a lot of social distancing in the seating. Food was good but definitely not worth the price.
Our waiter was super friendly and the food was delicious as always. My favorite is the lamb.
They were really awesome! It was my Birthday and many of the servers tactfully wished me happy birthday and there was NO singing! They prepared a special birthday dessert. The food was incredible and the servers came by every few minutes. Everyone was friendly and happy we were there.
It's not at all what we expected. We did the "full experience" most of the meat was cold when they got to us and the most of the meat was super tough. Also the menu they had on google is different then what they have.
None of our cuts should arrive at your table cold, so this is disappointing to hear. We hope you allow us another chance to earn your satisfaction, as we urge you to visit us down the line.
Daughter’s birthday
Def come back. Worth money! Bday complimentary cake was really good. Mango martini was too sweet. Hibiscus cocktail was 16 on the receipt, 14 on the menu
We had a good experience. Some of the meat was too salty, but all in all we had a good meal.
Another amazing lunch! Everyone is so amazing and attentive.
As usual the service and the food were amazing. We’ve never been dissatisfied at Fogo.
Still a great place to get a good "meat coma" going. So many options and the cuts of meat never fail to amaze. A little less packed in (table wise) than pre-COVID, but still a bit loud. Not to loud that you can't have a conversation without yelling, but it is noticeable when out near the salad bar area.
The salad bar is still a treat as well...worth not eating for a day so you have room for both that and the meat selections.
Even pre-COVID, this was a place to make a reservation...walking up on a busy night would not likely land you a table. It appears to still be that way!
We arrived to Fogo de Chao around 8:45pm.. around 9:10 the first server came with whatever meat they had, he asked us how we want the meat we asked for well done, he said he didn't have and that he will come back in few minutes.. the next server showed up around 9:30 same thing he didn't he didn't have well done cut on him and he said he will be coming back shortly. by 9:45 no one showed up so we were on our way out.. I stopped by the recipient's desk to tell them how much I was disappointed. they gave that cold sorry where they were more like it is what it is.. I'll never ever think about going there ever again.
MoYousef, it's concerning to hear that you left disappointed, as we always want to ensure our guests are happy when they leave. We hope you visit us in the future, as we'd love to deliver a better visit.
I ordered the salmon and it was so overdone I did not eat it- but I was charged for the meal. They offered free desert but we were not interested.
Cheryl, this is concerning to hear, as your salmon should've been cooked to your preference. We hope to make this up to you in a future visit.
Today was the single worst dining experience I've ever had at Fogo. We came in for lunch for our 9 year wedding anniversary. When seated my husband had issues with his phone to pull up the online drink menu and our waiter was impatient. When we did order drinks we both wanted to sit and wait and have them before eating. It took some time so my husband went and got some salad to snack on. I was asked 6 times if I wanted to go get salad or have a meat plate and each time I said thank you but I was still waiting for my drink. When I finally did get my drink and we began to eat every piece of meat was overcooked/dry. We asked for the filet to come rare and it never came even asking for a 3rd time. The waiter than came and took my drink away still half full. I asked for the bill since they obviously were wanting us to leave and didn't want us there. I paid 100 for half a drink and a half plate of salad. We can safely say we will never be dining here again which is a huge disappointment. I never thought my worst meal for an anniversary would be from fogo.
Your lunch should always be spectacular, so we're sorry to hear this was the worst experience. We hope you visit us in the future, as we'd love the chance to make this right.
Just passed through I usually do the full experience but this time me and my girl just went to the bar. We were helped by a few different people but one person stuck out in particular. His name was Miguel Cruz, not sure if he was a manager or not but the guy was really great. Helped us with our food, recommended some other choices next time we came and then somehow we got talking about his job and then he had stated his aspirations to further his craft and he also mentioned his new baby that he had. I didn’t mind talking to this guy at all. It was really nice to have a server really talk to you like just another person and not treat you like just another customer. Just talking with this guy you could see he really cares about his guests and wants to better himself and others around him. Give this man a raise.
With COVID I was surprised by how busy the restaurant was. Also, I was shocked to see that the salad bar was in operation. Not a place that I would want to go if I was extremely concerned about coronavirus. The food was great but the service was lackluster. Our waiter was not very friendly for a place where the bill for 2 people came to over $200. Overall the experience was decent. I won’t be going back for a while though, not worth the money.
Good service and great food!
A little less busy than usual do to Covid, but it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was wonderful! A little expensive but I found it worth it, definitely recommend!
While I have been to this establishment before and I realize the state of COVID has changed things I was initially very disappointed in the service and not overwhelmed by the food. We were sat in a location by the salad bar and as the line grew, as they are accompanying each guest, it almost wrapped around our table and made it very uncomfortable. Also our first waitress was very nice but did not come back for my drink order after referring me to the wine selection online. We eventually asked to move and this was done so promptly and graciously. Our service improved but many of the meat services didn’t make it over to our table until we started asking specifically for them. The up charged items we ordered were delicious but the rest varied in taste. While is was an overall ok experience I wouldn’t jump at the chance to go again due to service and pricing.
NEVER DISAPPOINTED
Love this place. My top go to !!
Amazing as always.
Another amazing birthday celebration with friends!!
Our family enjoyed our experience at Fogo, the kids must be carnivores because they ate a lot of meat, almost as much as Dad! :)
The salad bar was delicious and the meat was fantastic. Nice way to celebrate a birthday.
Miguel was our guest coordinator and was amazing!!!
We had a great time and delicious food! With the unrest in Minneapolis, we were unsure how the experience would be, but it was a great. The restaurant was socially distances appropriately but still busy. The food was wonderful. Be ready to eat a ton!!!!
Meats all came by quickly and the staff would always check in with us if there was any specific ones we wanted. Loved the all day happy hour and cocktails were delicious (I got the old-fashioned this time around). Some of the newer menu options were phenomenal! (e.g. the fried cheese, porterhouse steak). I also thought they did a nice job with tables being socially distanced apart and always felt safe dining inside here.
Good service good food
